I visited the shop to find some nonslip mats / rubber for the back of my car to stop my dog Ollie slipping. Baran was very helpful in finding the right product and cut it to fit the back of my car perfectly! Excellent and very helpful customer service, thanks Baran!

After viewing a catalogue I made an order for an above ground pool and paid over the phone. After a few days and after being in discussion with a pool inspector I was told the pool had to be a certain distance from the fence line to comply with local laws. The pool was too big for the space so I called for a refund. The entire process from ordering to the refund has been pleasant. Staff are lovely and very informative and friendly. I'm sorry I couldn't make this purchase however I would recommend to others.

I have had several dealings with Jo, who I believe is the manager at Southport. She is so rude, and ill informed. Refused to give me a new receipt for an item that I replaced under warranty. Went to Bunnings to buy the other items I needed.

Awesome staff, had some foam cut to several different sizes and the guy was very professional in dealing with the task given.
Its a shame other retail stores can't take a leaf out of Clark Rubber @ Southport's work ethics book.

I could easily have bought what I wanted online and at a cheaper price but the service and integrity you get from Joe every time cannot be matched. This is the difference to being served by and AI bot and Joe who listens to your personal needs.

Nice staff and useful products - e.g. Door stops, all sorts of rubber strips, pool toys, pool chemicals, mats for your garage floor, pillows, cushion foam cut to measure, pontoon carpet, repair glue and the list goes on. Also easy parking.

Helpful staff, although I did not like how one staff member spoke to another staff member. If you are going to pull staff up about something, don't do it in front of customers.

The price quoted a the cutting bench was one figure, the price at the register was another?

I went in to get the insides of two throw cushions replaced. The foam that was used is so firm it's crazy. I told the staff I use them as pillows when I lie on the couch. Now I use them as torture devices. There's no give in them at all.

Just bought a hi-density foam 6” thick foam mattress. Wonderful service from Albert & Kyle and lovely Store Manager.
Mattress will be great for my back! I was in & out in 10 minutes. Thanks to all.

Staff are amazing however I cannot believe they have to work in that place in the 30+ degree heat (would be hotter under the tin roof) with 1 fan working. I went in to purchase some foam and couldn’t stand the heat in 5 minutes. Owner needs to look after staff better! There is not even water for the staff or customers that have to wait in the heat to purchase foam. (I waited 30 minutes wasn’t staffs fault - they were busy) Seriously hey your staff some aircon!

Good range of products, very very expensive. Customer service was more interested being right than what I needed as a customer and motivates me to find another source.

Really great place. Went to Browns Plains store boxing day, although they were flat out, they measured up my ute tray then cut to size a 10mm rubber tray mate, then helped me fit it in, but wait there's more, them I got the 20% boxing day discount. Go to a store and look around. Seriously much more variety than I expected in the shop. Hoses, rubber strips with self adhesive tape made it easy to put around my garage door. Excellent.

Went into southport store on ferry road a couple weeks ago and was greeted by a young tall man who was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I was unsure of what foam rubber to use but the gentleman listened and fixed my problem to a T! Would highly recommend clark rubber southport

The customer service regarding pools is the worst I have ever experienced. No return phone calls and I am still waiting on a part that I ordered for for our pool after 3 months. I’ve since taken my business elsewhere where I received prompt and courteous service.

Online is great however Southport Clark Rubber is terrible. Went into store and ordered goods. 2 weeks later, sorry sir, only one item has arrived (all staff at store are very unhelpful). Went online and ordered, all goods arrived 3 days later to my door.

Called for a quote on foam and was given a price much cheaper than when I arrived in store, the salesman said the next quality foam under with wadding would be just as good, wasn't cheap for 3 square seat cushions cut and the foam didn't even last 3 mths without being flat and worse than the foam that had been on there 5 years.

Went there this afternoon. Very helpful lady made some really clever suggestions about a solution based on her product knowledge. Great service!
