We went in to get some foam for a bedhead. Sheldon helped us and his customer service was the best. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and generous with his time. He gave us so many tips on how to do our project and we never felt rushed to make a purchase. We left thinking that every business needs a person like Sheldon.

Great service from the 2 lads, and managed to work out what brand I needed to match an older pool.

I went to Stafford last Sunday morning close to their opening time The place was empty. Only one customer and two staff members. I approached the staff member who was with no clients and asked him for help. He literally said: "No. I am busy right now" with no alternative. He seemed to be the supervisor of the place at the time I went. After the girl working there finally got available and kindly helped me. He was overall rude and helpless. He also claimed that foam is essentially a mattress justifying the price which is not true at all since mattresses are more intricate than just a piece of foam.

Amazing the stuff they have there, I had no idea. Probably haven't been Ito one in a very long time, so I'm a bit out of touch.
Great array of from and runner and pool things (including all filtration and cleaning system components), rubber interlocking mats for floors or ute bed liners, plus lots of other things.
Worth a look to remind yourself of what's available

This is always an interesting business to visit wherever you are in Australia. The store close to me in Adelaide has closed and the next one is some distance away from me. So it was a great visit to this one.

When in on Sunday for a bit of foam in the off cut bin found a bit I wanted with the right thickness but it was to big for my needs. I asked if they could cut in in half and charge half of the original price. And got a no. You have to purchase the hole piece. So it ok to cut full sheets of foam up but not off cuts. I walked out and I’ll find it hard to come back to that store. Been going the for 12 years

Can't recommend this place highly enough. I needed something fairly specific, the staff were very helpful with multiple suggestions including some ideas that were a lot cheaper than my initial plan. They even offered to refund an item if I took it home and it didn't suit (and then did so without question the next day when I brought it back because it was too large). I'd definitely go here again.

Very helpful they take the time to listen to your requirements and strive to achieve your goal. Great for the budding inventor.
