Greeted immediately upon entering the store, but then ignored by the customer service person nearest us when we needed help. Prices very high.

Please hire some mature staffs with good attitudes and experience. I really had a bad experience with someone last week who took ages to finish my order. I had kids with me and lots of appointments to be managed throughout the day but the staff was rude when I asked me if he could rather email me the quote as I was bit in a rush.

A great place. Very attentive and extremely helpful and efficient. Particular commendation to Katrina.

Don't give you invoices for warranty verification poor service if you can go else where do yourself a favour do it will never use again
