We needed more foam to help funnel air through our radiator (as ours has disintegrated over the past couple years), and Heidi was an absolute legend in figuring out exactly what we needed.

She waited patiently while we measured and remeasured, made different suggestions, gave friendly advice, and was honestly a delight!

We had meant to get this sorted back in Brisbane but didn’t get around to it until we got up here - and I’m glad that that’s the case

We were looking for a camping mattress and the staff were really helpful, bringing out different types to try. Eventually we decided on one and the mattress is so good we bought a queen sized for our bedroom as well.
In summary they were helpful with alternative suggestions, accommodating, friendly and professional.

I can't tell you how please we are with our new sofa/bed upholstery. It's so well done and looks amazing in our van. We recieved the absolute best customer service from E, the onsite upholsterer! She really looked after us, took the time to make sure we were happy and did us a massive favour by having it ready for us in such good time. We can't thank you enough!

Easiest ten minutes ever spent in a pool shop. Highly recommend the staff for helpful service. Requested help on something they did not sell and they sent me off to someone else to purchase opposition parts and service. They were so helpful and did not send me away with nothing. They couldn’t help me with the parts but told me what I required and what was needed to fix my problem. Well done to you and your staff. Cheers big ears

Have sorted out my pool water in 3 weeks, after spending 4 months elsewhere without getting close. Very professional, and very friendly.

Gret store, had all my pool needs catered for. Family run business & staff know their stuff about pools, foam, rubber & everything else there. Will return soon.

Drove 2 hours to get foam cut. Arrived just before opening time. Doors open and Customers being let in. Elderly guy approached us asking if we need foam cut. Advised us then that they are not able to do it for us as they are too busy. Explained that we came a fair way for this and was told well we are not even really open yet and that there is no way we can be helped right away and that they will not cut foam to size until about 3 pm. Worst Negative unhelpful rude customer service ever received!

Wonderful staff to deal with over the phone. Placed my order just after 12.30 and it was delivered to Gladstone before 5.
