Beau and Nathan came out to reinstall a shower screen. They were great at communicating with me when they would be at my house and working around my hours of availability. CIVIC frameless shower screens are a beautiful product but the initial installation was not done well. The door wasn't fixed off properly causing door closure issues and the silicone was applied messily. CIVIC was responsive and sent out Jeremiah and Jesse to repair the installation issues under warranty. Jeremiah and Jesse were fantastic. They communicated well, repaired the door alignment, cleaned up all the messy silicone and asked me to thoroughly inspect their work to ensure I was happy with the end result. Thankyou, Jeremiah and Jesse, for your attention to detail, taking pride in your profession as glaziers and ensuring our screens look and work as well as they should.

Called the office 3 times, called the sales rep once, left 3 messages just to try and get a quote for 7 shower screens. Not one returned phone call never again will we waste our time trying to get quotes from these guys

Amazing Work! The installer who came to do the work for my wardrobe was fantastic, soft spoken and very friendly. He answered all my queries and I would highly recommend Frazer if anyone would like to use Civic service.

These guys obviously don't want any business. First time I contacted them for a quote I was promised a call back. When that didn't happen I called again & was told I was being put through to someone. I was put on hold & after about a minute a recorded message said there was no one to take my call & was hung up on. Absolutely pathetic.

New shower screens installed in main bathroom and ensuite. Very happy with the finished product. Great price, professional and friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

Nil issues with construction and fitting of shower screen installation at this time - We were installers 4th installation at 9am in the morning. You would think that if he is doing this quantity of work turnover, he would at least carry a pan and brush to clean up after himself.

Highly recommended Jacob from Civic nothing was to much trouble. We had custom work done and they perfected it.

We had a new shower installed and also custom made wardrobe inserts and shelving. Civic have been easy to deal with and great value.

Service is horrible, paid deposit in Oct 2021, committed to installation date was Jan 2022. However, until now, nothing happened. Called both sales guy as well as customer service manager, no responded. Nobody can tell me what the design looks like and when it can be installed. Extremely frustrated.receptionist is also rude. Feels like scam! Think carefully before you choose them. I understood that challenges due to Covid, the frustration is related to no communication! It doesn't take long to give me a 5 seconds call or send me a short message.but nothing at all even though they said they would

I can't thank Civic Shower Screens enough for such an efficient, prompt and pleasant experience with a very difficult removal of an extremely old and outdated existing shower screen and the installation of a new one. The transformation was amazing! Dan was outstanding and very professional in addressing all aspects of a difficult removal with a happy and experienced quality that enabled a smooth transition from a very old to new screen. He went above and beyond in helping seal my bathroom extensively to assist with removal logistics. I also want to thank Damien and Warwick for their support and advice on the difficulty of the job which was also very helpful and appreciated. It was a wonderful team effort. Thank you.
