The ladies who helped my daughter with choosing a dress for her 18th made her feel like a princess.
They were happy to show her many different dresses and were honest with their opinions on how things fit. These ladies were fantastic. Can't wait to add pics.

Have been looking for a outfit for awhile and never felt comfortable until today. The lovely ladies especially Paige was so wonderful and very helpful made me feel very comfortable and pleased with my purchases. Such an amazing asset to the company. Well done Paige u made me feel amazing.

Was not aware that they now do size 12! Went in today and the lady that served me was amazing! She actually found me a pair of jeans that fit me perfectly. I walked out feeling great and will be shopping here in future.

Always have such a good experience when I’ve been to this store so now if I ever want to go to City Chic I make sure I come to this store. This store also tends to have a slight larger variety in store than a lot of other smaller stores I’ve been to.

The staff are always so lovely & it really does help to give a positive shopping experience!

I went to city chic loganholme Tuesday 10/5/22 to purchase bras and the customer service was very bad as when i was being service by Emily she then starting to talk to another customer did finish servicing myself first so i just left the Bras on the
Counter and walked the service there was appalling service.

Love this shop the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Also buying stuff from the website and returning it here is no drama unlike other plus size stores. This is now my favourite place to shop.

A few weeks ago I walked into the Hyperdome Store with a vision in mind for an upcoming formal event. I was approached by Aroha who was extremely frinedly and not pushy at all. I told her what I was looking for in detail and advised that nothing in the store was matching my needs. Aroha advised that she may have something for me out the back. She came back with not one but 3 different options! I was so blown away by her help. The dress was a little higher than my budget so Aroha provided me with some paymnet solutions which ended up taking almost 45 mins to reslove. It was closing time for the store but Aroha AND her Store Manager (Tohi) bared with me and assisted me until the problem was resloved and were determined for me to walk out of the store with my dress. Working in retail in the past I do know how annoying it is when someone walks into the store 10 mins before close time as there is so much to do behind the scenes once the retail doors are closed. Aroha and Tohi didn't flinch at the time it was taking me. They assisted me with everything and didn't hesitate to make me feel compfortable. $500 may not be allot of money to some people but it's allot for me! I was made to feel like a real super star by the time I walked out of the store, So THANK YOU Aroha and Tohi for being so PATIENT, undestadning and helpful with my purchase. It trully means allot especially in these current times. Highly Recommended:)

Have to say, they have really nice dresses, I’m on the smaller side a size 12, but I find other places the proportions are not right and there 12 is a perfect.

Absolutely couldn't rate these ladies high enough) had wonderful service from a couple of ladies here and they were gems and need high recognition please keep up the great work I was super impressed.

I visited twice in 1 week. The first time I'd rate it 10+. The assistant was super nice, attentive and choose styles appropriate to my shape. Unfortunately it was her last day. The second visit, the young girl was rude, unhelpful and you lost a sale.

Went to go in today (sunday) says open until 5pm, got there at 4.30 and they're closed. Not happy.

These girls are sooo helpful and really know how to put an outfit together to suit Ur needs.love ya girls xox

Lauren is a SUPERSTAR!
I had never been to the shopping centre before and specifically drove all the way from Currumbin to find a dress from City Chic due to the sizes they stock at this store!
After absolutely amazing service from Lauren today, I walked out with a whole new summer wardrobe, this would not have happened without her professional and genuine service!
