Rude lady at the counter last Thursday. Learn how to speak 'No touching clothes' even with a kid. Just because my little girl was far away from me and was very excited to show me a dress.

It is a lovely facility very tidy and clean the dressing rooms are lovely, the lighting mirrors and everything about the shop. The customer service is outstanding, they are so friendly and helpful. They are also honest about their products and are genuinely such lovely people. Jess served me and was the biggest help and I can’t thank her enough?

Have shopped here since they were "14-26" stores. Love the roomy sizing and quality is always there. Only down side is they could offer some more lighter cotton dresses for the summer months like they used to. Especially for the lovely Queensland ladies.

Stepping out of my comfort zone and deciding to wear a dress to a function my husband and I have coming up. Walked into the city chic @ brownsplains. From the moment that I walked into the store the 2 ladies that were on (sorry I didn't get their names) were the most helpful ladies I have experienced in customer service in a very long time. They had 3 ladies including myself in the dressing rooms whom they were helping by bringing different dresses to each of us while still attending to other customers in the store. These ladies helped me choose a dress to buy but also now have a few other dresses in mind to go back and buy. Thank you for your amazing service and I will definitely be recommending and returning to your store. 12/11/22.

Love this shop and the variety that they provide for the curvier women. I went in to the browns plains store today and OMG the serviced I received was beyond impeccable! Kara and jess went above and beyond to get me outfitted for my event bra and all! I have never been properly fitted for a bra and omg my new purchases make me feeling amazing!

Whoever the manager is that was on tonight has zero customer service or people skills. You can definitely tell who other people are referring to in the previous reviews. Would never go to the Browns plains store again.

Horrible store will not be returning, there is one particular women that just controls the rest of them whilst she gets all the sales. As someone that has worked in retail for many years I know it should be about teamwork but for this awful women it was all about her.

I have come in once before with the original ladies that were there from the beginning, sad to see that they had left due to no doubt this lady and her work ethic. She should be absolutely ashamed of herself, it's about THE TEAM NOT YOU! Can't believe they allow someone like that to work for their business, to the young lady that tried her hardest I appreciate you in sorry you have to work with someone like that.

Staff are obnoxious and rude especially the snarky bogan redhead. Never seen such bad customer service before, where do you even recruit people like this?

I was just walking past today when a dress caught my eye. I entered the store and was greeted happily by a staff member immediately. I looked at all clothing in the store. Knew what I liked but thought I would look around the whole centre first before purchasing. Returned to the store. Again, I was greeted cheerfully by a different staff member immediately upon entering. I enquired as to what size she thought I would be as I wasn't sure. I was recommended a size and taken to the change rooms which were spacious and clean. After trying on the dress which I loved, I purchased. That particular staff member was correct with the sizing! Having managed retail stores before myself, I will not purchase from anywhere that doesn't provide exceptional service - no matter how good the product is! Well done ladies! The whole experience was fun, friendly yet professional! I'm sorry I did not take more notice of your names. I will be returning:)

Absolutely DISGUSTING staff. Rude, shrugging their shoulders. Blaming ME for a FAULTY product. Foul attitudes. Im still in absolute shock. I have never been treated this badly EVER
