The staff here were so helpful and friendly. It was pretty busy when I went in but they still made time to check in with me on sizing and when I couldn’t find quite what I was after in my size helped find a stunning dress that fitted and was appropriate for the occasion I was shopping for. It’s been some time since getting this level of service shopping for clothes. I’d put 5 star but the range of stock at this store was not as broad as I’ve seen at other locations.

Fantastic store and service lady was lovely here and they always are she was a good help with a piece of clothing I needed for a specific occasion and was very kind about it.

I went into the Helensvale store today looking for a special dress and was most impressed with the two ladies who helped me find a beautiful dress. The service was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service

Don't go there often so a bit hard to comment. Staff were friendly but didn't find what I was looking for.

Have some awesome clothes & underwear. As always as in every clothes shop I go into i have to take my long pants up. Which sometimes makes the look of the item wrong. Most clothing companies do not cater for short people. We pay top money for some of our clothes & then have to pay extra to have them taken up. I for one won't do this, as I'm a pensioner & my funds are limited. I feel that because I'm short I'm being discriminated against. It's about time clothing companies realise we are not all tall & skinny. There are quite a few short people out there, with a little bit of weight on us. We'd like something nice that fits us well & makes us feel good.

Really friendly staff, they always have ideas and ways to help you find what it is you need. It makes the biggest difference when you are greeted with great service. Love the range, decent sized dressing rooms. Jenna is absolutely amazing! Always helpful and kind.

Love this shop. Such beautiful clothes to pick from for any occasion. Yes it is a bit expensive but if you want quality you have to pay for it

Really dodgy policy at City Chic. I go into store to buy a pair of track pants which are on sale because I have a credit I have to spend. $62.97 is what I saw them for online. I have to pay $89.95 for them in store because they don’t honour the price of an item online. They also won’t allow me to change my Credit Note for a voucher I could spend online. This was AFTER I had to get a credit note because I wasn’t informed in store (full price store, not outlet) that buying something on the sale rack meant I couldn’t return it for a refund. Dodgy customer service and policies. The girl was completely rude and showed no care that I was upset about this. Won’t be back.

Just wanted to say a big thankyou to Jenna today for helping fit me for my first ever City Chic bra's. This was my first time ever having somebody help fit me for a bra and you made me feel so comfortable and helped me find the right size. After years of buying cheap bras from Target that are so ill fitting I now know where I will be coming for my bra's.

Fantastic products, lovely store and most importantly gorgeous staff who are kind and encouraging. Very welcoming. Good work ladies!
