Good range and prices but the service staff ignored me, as described in other reviews. It seems nothing has changed so I won't shop there again
Very poor service no staff said hello, I felt very uncomfortable, I found a item I wanted to buy stood at counter to pay for over 10min while there was only one person been served, 3 other staff behind same counter couldn't serve me, I put item back on shelf and left they just didn't care, they didn't want to help or serve me, they weren't busy either I'd understand if they were, but it was terrible service skills from staff there, if I was the owner I'd be extremely disappointed
Terrible staff. Went in twice this week and got ignored for 15 minutes waiting for sometime to attend the toll as the girls continued having there own conversations at the back. I continued to wave and yell with no response until I went up to a blonde girl who gave me a rude stare when I asked her if i could buy my items. She barely spoke to me and seemed like she didn’t even want to serve me. Next time I went in, 2 people are standing at the tills which are both closed as they have extremely loud conversations and continue to talk and ignore me while I wait to pay for my item. Extremely poor customer service, management should be ashamed of the way their staff are treating customers with such rude attitudes.
