Staff were very helpful & knowledgeable, store is always organised & well presented.

I had come in to have a look around, I was greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Tori, she was so helpful and energetic its great to see a place with enjoyment in there workplace, I ended up purchasing some much needed items and I was on my way promptly, highly recommended and will be back thankyou for the experience.

One of the staff at the registers asked me if I needed assistance while I was next in line to be served telling me I wasn't in the line and to go line up behind the family that was behind me then opened up another til and served them. She may have been a manager or assistant manager. It was a fun time.

Slowest counter service! Have put items back and walked out due to lack of service on more then one occasion

Staff were standing around chatting to friends and didn't speak. After asking for a staff member for help regarding skates he left to never return. Asked someone else. We got skates that were two different sizes. At the counter we were ignored while they talked about their roster for tomorrow and having to work with staff members they didn't like.
Walked out only for the alarms to go off as they didn't take the security tag out. Guess what.people came from every direction to " help"
Disgusting service.

Today I shopped in store, and there were so many helpful staff members. I was looking for some clothing for my daughter and on more than one occasion I was asked if I needed any assistance which was great! After finding what I was after, the young man and lady at the counter were efficient and although they were busy and the line was long, I still received great service considering the circumstances. Would recommend and would happily shop here again

Had to hunt down staff for help to get a pair of shoes, only to be greeted with an eye roll. When I asked to speak with the manager I spoke to with an issue about a return only a few weeks ago I was told she has left along with another eye roll. Disappointing, was just about the only helpful person in that place.

I've been in this store on quite a few occasions and I've never been so appalled by the behaviour and utter disrespect the staff has for there customers. There so fascinated by there own day to day lives they couldn't care less about the quality of service that they should be concerned about. I'm very disappointed that not one of the staff even say hello or greet me as I enter the store if this is how city beach has turned out to be I'm will never be returning or saying anything remotely nice about this store in particular again.

One staff member is a exception to the rest of the horrendous staff that work there she was a blonde girl that looked 20 ish and she was very polite and helpful.

Honestly, usually the staffing here are pretty good, except tonight. One staff member having a social gathering with friends, when asked for help didn’t know the answer. The other dragging a ladder through the store with no care for customers nearly running into a few. The girl at checkout with the short blonde hair was beautiful though. Please hire more like her

Incredibly slow customer service. 15+ people in line to purchase items and only 2 people behind the registers. With one constantly asking for assistance from the other staff member slowing down the whole purchasing process.

Have been waiting close to 25mins in line to purchase a t shirt.

Need more staff or a better system for people trying to make a purchase

Ducked into the store to grab a new pair of sunnies and some other things while visiting Toowoomba. A guy with purple served me and was great. Helped me find everything I needed without any issue. Would gladly shop there again.

I like city beach auatralia! Shoping at there Australian outlet stores is always hassle free and there staff are always very friendly! Citybeach is absolutely the best to shop at if you like to wear stylish 100% cotton clothing!

The staff were incredibly busy this evening and Sara made time to help me with many pairs of shoes with a warm smile. The young boy at the checkout was also very pleasant. Thank you.

The girl with green hair working behind the counter on Saturday was amazing. Super smiley, friendly, helpful and had all the product knowledge and took me where I needed to be. Even sold me 2 cute reusable gift bags for my daughters birthday gifts.

Great as they had a sale on and I got my Longboard cheaper coz it was a bit damaged. The staff could have been a bit more friendly, but great overall experience. Would recommend

Disappointed. Paid top dollar for a pair of 'Dexter' shorts, after wearing twice, the velcro came off the fly, was told in store that nothing can be done as the shorts are a month old. Regional customer service wasn't much better. K MART has better guarantees than that on shorts for ten bucks! Still all made in China.
