We were in city beach store and as we were leaving the store after not finding anything we were interested in this girl ran to the door to stop us to check our bags. As I went to open my bag she replied with "not yours, hers" and pointed to my daughter. My daughter showed her bag and nothing was in there and the lady just then walked away. I will not be coming to your store again due to being made out like a shop lifter.

Shoe service completly absent waited 30mins for help finally got some shoes the wrong size waited another 20min dropped the shoes.thankfully the new foot locker store is close

Not the best service. The only time I was spoken to by a staff member was when I was told to move out of the way so an employee could put something on the rack. Line up was huge and moved slowly. 2 serving and 1 doing paperwork. The girl that served me was interrupted 4 times by other staff while she served me - hence why service was slow. You really need 3 fast paced registers on a Saturday.

I was in the store this afternoon & was going to buy some boardies & a beach towel for my upcoming holiday. I was looking at some boardies & was blatantly ignored by 2 staff members. One young girl looked over at me a couple of times but never bothered to ask if I needed help. Then she decided to have a conversation with someone else. I've worked in retail & customer service for 10yrs, this is not the way you treat customers. Your staff need to be trained better in customer service. I will never come into this store again & tell my friends not to shop here. I've noticed this isn't the first negative comment on staff ignorance.

I can't believe the level of service I received at this particular store. I do understand it's basically run by teenagers but don't accuse someone of stealing when they just spent $135.
I didn't receive a hello or help in the store which I was in for over an hour trying on clothes. The lady next to me didn't even ask if I needed help, so I had to ask her to get a size down from the wall.
After trying on my clothes & getting new sizes myself, finally someone asked if I needed help which I replied 'I already grabbed them thanks'.
After exiting the change rooms I was surprised by 3 Orion security guards. I went to the checkout and bought the clothes.
As I exited the store the security guards were out the front of the shop and one of the City Beach workers had to check my bag and my receipts for what I just bought.

If you guys took the time to greet your customers and actually do your job, of helping them out with sizes and not accusing people of stealing I might consider coming back. Till then Ill go elsewhere, thanks.

This store is really nice, the prices are pretty reasonable on some items and the employees are very nice. When we were browsing an employee offered us a 20% off discount for our next shop which I thought was very nice. The displays are also very nice and I appreciate the colour coordination they have.

Unfortunately, just popped into this store to grab some new sunnies & somehow managed to be avoided & blatantly ignored, even when attempting to get some help to try on what I was hoping was my new pair of Ray Bans.
Gotta love great customer service.

Never have much variety or stock in general and when I tried to return something that had clearly never been worn tags were still attached etc they wouldn’t let me return because there was no receipt or proof of purchase like I’m sure your company has more than enough money how about being loyal to your customers won’t be shopping with them ever again $45 wasted on unclearly labelled items and given attitude because apparently (girl) is a size of clothing

The stores are a bit cluttered and some items hard to reach, great atmosphere and brands but depending on when you go staff aren't very helpful and had to wait sometime at the unattended registers

Went in intent on buying some new converse or vans, wanted to try on a few styles before deciding. All on the shelf were tiny sizes, no staff could be found to ask for different sizes. Saw one staff member who made eye contact and quickly went a different direction.

Amazing customer service, store looked nice and staff were very helpful. A tall blonde boy helped me look for everything I wanted even when the store was really busy he stayed and helped me which was great and a short dark haired lady served me at the counter and was super friendly. Will happily shop there again

The quality of this chain staff has gone downhill, I asked for a size 10 in 2 different pairs of shoes they came back with one that was available in size 10 the 2nd was available in size 9 and 11. The size 10 was too small and asked for the next size up which was the 11. Had the first pair in size 11 but the 2nd pair that was available in size 9 and 11 magically dissapeared and were only available in size 9 and 10. I take it they are not there to help the customer and too lazy to look for stock or make up lies to make their job easier.

The staff give miss information to the customers. If they don't know their stock they shouldn't be working there. A total waste of my time. I will not bother again.

Poor service and lethargic staff, maybe have an adult to supervise rather than have 5 people behind the counter giggling

All city beachs are far to Expensive way over priced.you can get the same thing for under half price online.

There have definitely been improvements to many issues. Staff have become friendlier, and willing to look for items for customers. They also have tidied up their place, as of the new storage room. I recommend city beach Springfield.

Staff need training. 2 young staff Had no idea about stock.at all. Pretty disappointed in the overall service and shop layout.

Wasted our time. We called ahead to ask if they had a certain shoe in stock. We were told yes. We came 45mins after the phone call only to be told they didn't have it in stock. Disappointed.
