City Beach

Where is the customer service? When you finally find someone to help you with shoes they just give you a box (with only one shoe unlaced) then disappear.
Thankfully Platypus shoes isn’t far. She actually got multiple sizes/styles, laced the shoe, check the size etc.
City beach is overhyped and I’m done shopping there.

Ordered 2 pairs of thongs from the online website, they got delivered fine but they were wrong size. We went into the store to get the right size and the lady behind the counter said we had to pay more. That they can't do the same price as the online. When you guys sent us the wrong size so we wasted $10 on freight and had to pay more in store, this has stuffed us around.customer service is a 3/10 I think is fair for the morayfield store. Can I please have management contact me thanks.

Employees were breathing down me and my sister's neck while we tried on clothes. Very uncomfortable environment.

Omg your security guard and 2 staff are but a breath away from my wife pursuing an assault charge. You refuse to give a paper receipt and demand an email address to send an electronic receipt and on her way out was threatened and intimidated by 3 employees and was not allowed to leave until the email finally came through after 6 longggg minutes on her phone. I would be seriously taking a longgggg hard look at your procedures before a deprivation of liberty charge is layed upon your staff.heres an idea stop refusing a printed receipt. Not happy.

Great range of clothes! Hardly any staff walking around that you can ask for help from. Clean and upscale environment, lively music playing. The rooms you can try on clothes in are clean thankfully.

Lots of cool clothes and footwear to choose from. Friendly staff. They now sell roller skates which im very happy about. Just a little bit expensive for me just at the moment.

I was extremely closely watched which is fine but at no stage did any employee acknowledge me or offer assistance while In was searching for a new hat. Upon attempting to approach one she turned her head and started a personal conversation with another staff member.
I usually avoid city beach due to the lack of customer service and against my better judgement and unfortunately was not surprised by the low level of service received.
Back buying direct from the brands either at DFO or on line. Such a shame.

There were barely any staff and the item i i wanted to purchase was a skateboard and it was damaged, the staff member told me that the staff sometimes take them out back and play with them sometimes resulting in them being damaged and them having no backups i had no choice but to buy the damaged one anyway

Lost my service to another store because the phone rang out every time I tried to call, which was about 5-6 times throughout the day.

Get given a price on an item but go to pay for it and get charged a different price. This happened on Thursday and got told sale price starts on Saturday. Make your mind up on prices and salt items

I would like to take this opportunity to commend and thank you the very lovely and kind Sales Staff in City Beach Morayfield, her name is Mikayla (I am not sure how it is spelled, hope this is right). I would like to give Mikayla 9/10 for attending to the specific product that I want to buy. Mikayla patiently check her stock take and even suggest other brands but still the leather school shoes that my daughter needs. It is a last minute shopping and lucky to be attended by Mikayla. Thank you Mikayla you gave me the real CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BIG TIME!
