City Beach

I will never shop with city beach ever again, I'm appalled that the website says I can return orders either online or in-store I called up and was told that I could return it online or in-store, so I went in to do the return, was told i cannot return in store and have to pay $10 to ship it back for a refund, plus the default return is some sort of scam lending service that almost got me to sign up to borrow money.
I cannot even contact through the website there is no contact us, no way to talk to anyone who cares - because they don't care, so I'm leaving a negative review on here.

What a joke, website says it closes at 5 on Saturday. Standing outside at 4.38 and it’s shut! What a waste of fuel and ppls time

This shop was spectacular the customer service and variety of clothes and shoes and gizmos was impeccable we were helped by this wonderful lady named Magdelina who happened to have the same last name as me nice surprise she helped me find the right fit of pink crocs shout out to her.

Purchased merchandise today and wasn't rushed or annoyed by staff. Had a pleasant shopping experience
Has a little bit of everything for everyone

If the staff were more interested in looking after customers then sitting around taking about mafs and home and away it would be a great shop!

Very pleased with the service I received today. Beautiful lady Shannon helped me find what could have taken hours for me to find, Shan found within 10mins and was helpful the whole time. She spoke so lovely to the other staff members when asking to help with serving others. Only downside, the store was a little cramped and not easy to shop but workers made it so much easier. Thank you.

Not enough staff willing to help, one girl on the counter, I asked to look at something, under her breath (oh yay). Because of lack of staff I felt very rushed. This was Thursday night before father's day.

Never have i ever met a staff member as rude as the ginger serving me at the register. She completely RUINED the experience at the store and it is very unlikely that I will be returning as a result of her poor behaviour. Absolutely disgraceful considering Christmas is just around the corner. If you are having a bad day it doesnt mean that you have to make others feel bad. Truly, truly terrible!

The staff at this store need to dress more appropriately. It's actually a turn off and it does nothing to help promote the clothing the store sells. Very unprofessional and not a good look for the store.

Fake service.not a adult around.told wrong price and he even admitted to not listening? Lost my business.

I hate returning things but having a pair of Havianas arrive by post & one of the straps being twisted & not sitting right on my foot I went into my nearest City Beach Store at Browns Plains to see if I could possibly exchange them.
I was greeted with a warm welcoming smile by a gorgeous long dark haired young lady who was more than happy to assist me, exchanging mine for another pair no problem!

The shop it to small and cramped. They really need to upgrade. Prices are same as everywhere but because shop is so small not much in range and hard to see cause it so bunched up and so many customers.

Lovely staff even when I was being that customer that ask for 5 different shoes in my partners size. Small but got the main things

Unfortunately after being there for about an hour trying to try on shoes I had to leave very understaffed and the staff on were very inexperienced and too young to be running a section on their own

Everything from neat casual to beachhead also best deals on leather school shoes and clearance sales.with 5 kids in school always my 1st choice for good reliable shoes and clothes for everyday wear.

Not a bad store with limited range for bigger men and woman the music was borderline deafening making it hard to hear what the staff member was saying

They have one rack of sales.so much for the signs saying great sales on inside.what a croc.dissapointed majorly.didnt buy a thing felt ripped off like cos of false advertising

Staff were less than helpful, when I asked for assistance they pointed at the rack I'd been looking at and told me that item was there.
One sales assistant was wearing a short item of clothing and up high on a ladder. Just No.

You need to put the full numbers of the gift card on the receipt. Not just the last 3 number's. I sent a gift card to my niece who works at city Beach. In cairns. Never got it it was for $40.00.so she was unable to see if it was used. Has not been found.so i was left out pocket will never shope there a gain. MARGARET BALDWIN.
