The girls who were in store today were great, made me feel welcome and very helpful! Unfortunately not all stores/staff are like this at city beach locations

Staff are useless, not helpful at all none of them greet you they look like they don't want to be there.the girl threw my shirts i got my son for his birthday in the bag so when i got home they were all wrinkled up. Not happy.

Stood by the counter looking at 3 staff for 10 minutes and waited while they had a good chat about what they wanted to do on the weekend and then i finally got some service i was told by a young girl that they only had a size 10 (i asked for a 12) as she looked me up and down and said that the 10 won't fit.
Disgusting service.

Enjoyed shopping at City Beach, has a variety of clothing, shoes, all sorts with friendly staff

Stunning service by Abbie! She shared with me that she had only recently been counter trained, but I'd never have guessed! So professional and friendly!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Staff were very rude with really bad attitudes. No help was given and they were all huddled in one spot gossiping. Poor poor customer service and interaction we still went ahead and made a purchase because we love the clothing range but was made to feel uncomfortable so won’t be back to shop at this store!
I’ve always had wonderful experience in all other City Beach stores not sure what’s going on in this store. Very sad

Absolutely love the crew at this store! I have been to other City Beach stores before and the service was so abhorrent I literally walked out in the process of trying to buy something because I felt so disrespected and uncomfortable (I’m looking at you Brisbane city). But every time I come here to Hyperdome and ask for help I always receive it with everyone going above and beyond to help me find sizes and colours, as the racks are quite full and sometimes hard to navigate. It’s a testament to strong team culture and good management? So thanks guys for always giving good service and being so helpful

Customer service was amazing, staff made finding what I needed super easy and all around just an enjoyable experience, will definitely be going back

Horrible customer service. Went into change rooms and 2 girls working there sat there gossiping while I stood and waited for help. I walked away and came back and both girls caught a attitude with me. Made me feel uncomfortable for interrupting their conversation about boys so I put my items back and left

Slides/shoes section doesn't have a big range and selling defected items, two of the young girls over the counter do not have enough skills in customer service as they talk to each other to much while staring at customers in line and not size friendly I noticed sizes online range to size 16 in ladies. Thank you

They ask for your phone number every single time you purchase an item yet their computer system can’t store your receipt for warranty on products?

Well within warranty period but no receipt / so what’s with the phone number when you buy something ‍️.

Lots of places these days store receipts again your profile in there computer system / but if a shame you guys don’t.

There is always a massive weight in the line to get served. But the third register is never open.

City Beach hyperdome has good range and stock for adults and especially kids. Staff come and ask if you need help with something. I recommend this store for the kids range.

Wow that was so annoying looking through hundreds of shirts for sizes.
Nothing organised what so ever.
Pretty much every rack was like this.
Styles not stacked together either.
Took me 45mins to find a small shirt.
Asked someone to find me a small shirt and she took around 10mins and still couldn't find one.
Must be so annoying for the poor staff.

Only 2 staff on the registers 2 days before Christmas?
There is currently a que around half the store.
Any time I've been in here the racks are always so overcrowded meaning that clothing is all over the floor and just way too much stock in this store.
Won't bother coming back

Absolutely appalled with the service and disrespect from the staff at City Beach LoganHolme! Went in there to buy a pair of school shoes, found a great deal saying $75 for a pair of vans. Quoting “back to school deal”. When I went to the counter the guy told me the total was $119.he told me a customer probably misplaced it there. Understandable, as I work in retail and know that customers sometimes misplace items. But then I asked the girl on the floor what shoe is for $75 then? She told me “oh the sales ended and we’ve restocked” as she started to remove the deal sign from the shoe. I then was a little confused so I asked the sales assistant (Zac) at the front desk and he asked “show me where it says that” quite rudely. So I showed him and he continued to fight me asking “who exactly told you this information. Show me who told told you this” he was extremely short with me and made me feel like I was telling lies. I then walked out a little taken back by the way I was treated. I called my mom to tell her how I was treated so she decided to call the store and see what they could do about the situation. The manger spoke to my mom and was nothing by EXTREMELY rude. Mom then told the manager about how the staff member was quite rude with me. She then decided to slam the phone down on my mom ending the conversion with a very short “Thanks, bye”. Probably the worst customer service I have ever received.

Instead of serving customers the 2 young girls behind the counter were too worried about chatting and what they did on New Years! So rude especially when your job is customer service!

I have been into this store 3 times in the last 2 weeks for Christmas gifts. Not only were staff lacking knowledge but on every occasion I could here other customers complaining of the poor service or lack of any service at all, and if I could hear it, they could here it. Even so much so when we question the lack of assistance, the response was ‘were busy’ yet 3 staff were literally chatting with each other. Today, I found an alternate supplier in Mt Gravatt, pretty sad that I couldn’t spend my money locally. A store that has been a staple of the Hyperdome for so many years might just be a thing of the past very very soon in such a competitive market. Poor form city beach, poor form!

Staff here are just plain old rude. When in to return and replace a pair of shoes purchased online and the person who served me didn’t care and had an air of self importance. Luckily for me the manager eventually took over and I was able to replace the shoes
