City Beach

I'm in mid fifties and I don't know My way around the Store very well So I asked the Young Lady where the Dexter stuff is All I want is a Pair of Shorts and a T-shirt. Too easy Sir come with me. With on 5mins oy was all paid for and I was out of There. That's all most people are after CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This place was really live from the moment I entered til the moment I left. I got some really clothes and saddles from here.

Went in, did a bit of browsing, found an item I wanted and went up to the counter to pay. 3-4 girls at the counter chatting away to each other, completely ignored my partner and I. Waited a few mins. Still ignored. Gave up, put the item on the counter and left. Worst customer service ever. Clearly no one wanted to be at work today and do their job, too busy having a social meeting.

Well what an experience. Lily was cheerful, helpful and friendly. Hubby and I were so impressed with her customer service we had to let everyone know. Great selection of everything you would want and surprisingly reasonably priced.

Lots of good clothes however when trying them on the worker opened the change room door without knocking and didn’t apologise after everyone had a good look.

I went to buy a jumper and it was discounted 20% and I payed half cash half card and didn’t have enough altogether and the manger gave me dirty looks and didn’t give me back all my cash I gave her and I walked off without realising

I received dirty looks from manger and other employees very bad service and did not get all my money back and very over priced. Very disgusted and will never shop there again

Went to buy some items during the click frenzy sale but the click frenzy promo code wasn't delivered to my email due to newly subscribed membership. The female cashier explained the difference between in store and online promo and changed her attitude after we came back to her counter. She intentionally let the other male customer pay first, and made us wait while the other two customers were still choosing their items. Also did not offer a bag to us.

Brilliant service Thursday night. Had three staff members approach me, two casuals Jasman, Hanna and a manager, Tarlia. I left shocked and blown away by how much they exceeded my expectations and their customer service.

Amazing people there, helping you out to find whatever it is and the prices are not to expensive either which is good

The customer service in this store is great i came in last saturday and a young girl with dark hair was on the register and she was so lovely with great customer service bleach blonde girl went above and beyond to help me with what i needed and when there were issues at the register thank you will be back

Last friday (10th july) a lovely girl that works in the store helped me in the fitting room. I was looking for a bikini that has the right fit. She was sooo helpful! If I had the wrong size, she immediately got me another size. Showed me several other options. And in the end I found the perfect bikini. She had dark brown hair and was still a bit young. But she is the most dedicated employee there for sure;) tnx

I went to the city beach shop today and The staff who were walking around cleaning were rude. But the staff at the desk were really friendly and nice️️

I loved this store! A huge amount of clothes and thongs and much more. It's a busy place and no wonder. See the pictures and you will want to see the shop.

The expected retail therapy if you are looking for any beach related clothing etc. A little over-priced for the region though. Shop around before making a decision.
