I bought a pair of shoes here 3 days ago. No one was free to help,  I was told here are the boxes. Look for your size. The shoe that I picked was out on display for customers to try. Finally a shop assistant came back and said you like it? I said yes, so she grabbed a box with the other half of the pair, and I bought them. Later, I saw another style that I liked more, so I didn't wear the ones I bought and didn't cut the tags off. I went back to exchange them but I was told to hang on, we have to check with our manager as one of the shoes has been used! I said I would not wear just 1shoe without a pair.all the tags were attached and receipts provided. Then the manager came and I had to explain multiple times to her too that I didn't wear them and the one that looks a bit dirty is the one off the display which many people might have tried on before. She kept saying that she couldn't re-sell it as it looked like it's used. Finally, after arguing for a while, she said she can exchange them this time.as If she was doing me a favour.
The whole time, the staff members and the manager were all rude and unfriendly.
Why would I use 1 shoe without the pair? It just doesn't make sense! Now, I know next time I buy shoes, I'll make sure to check the bottom of them. Also, if I really had them on outside, I would have cut the tag off, too. Unbelievable! I will never shop here with my family anymore. Worse customer service every time we visited this store! They also asked for my phone number and email address for a digital copy of the receipt, which they never sent. Very dodgy and disappointing! They obviously don't care. They sell enough even if they have rude and unprofessional staff.

The worst service I have ever had. 8 people waiting in line and one person serving almost 40 minutes waiting. Absolutely shocking service. Go elsewhere unless you have a spare 30-40 mins to wait in line.

I went in to pick-up an order and they couldn't find it. The salesman was incredibly helpful and chased around. He finally found it but I really appreciate the good customer service.

Heading to Croatia for a summer wedding this year and bought a myriad of shorts - love the brand Mooloola and was ecstatic to find so many pairs of summer shorts off season at a fair price. The person who served me (just processed my payment) was extremely rude and it was so very unfortunate as a final stage to my in store experience. I stood there happily paying and was extremely respectful and positive but the staff member was just purely rude. Passed me the bag after purchase without a word. No idea why and completely unnecessary. Super sad to see a great product shown such contempt at the cash register for no reason: (Hope others can handle that but it’s not the best experience. Be aware when shopping in store: (

Went there for a refund of an article, and instead of refunding me they charge me for the amount! Of course I only realised after arriving back home. I called them and they told me I could only get if fixed if I showed up physically to the store, really annoying. So I had to get back to the CBD to get it sorted. They didn't propose anything to make up for their mistake. I won't shop there again.

Be carefully if their deceptive sales tactics. We asked our daughters to select their shoes from the sales rack. Turns out only selected items on the sale rack are actually for sale. Ended up paying full price for some of the items. This was the same story for a bag that was full price on the sale rack.

Also, check your docket carefully. We paid full price for a pair of shoes that were actually on sale. The attendant needed to refund us and repurchase. Our attendant was good but her manager was giving her own staff a negative attitude.

Good selection of products but be careful if you are buying something discounted. CHECK!

Very unhelpful and rude staff. I get it why this store has a lot of bad reviews. Love their quality and prices for the clothes but insanely horrible service.

Very inconvenient and unprofessional staff. At around 7pm today, I went there to buy a shirt. I was looking for a staff in the whole floor to get a product that I wanted. There was literally any salesperson but the three ladies staff came out of nowhere when the anti-theft machine beeping when I was getting out of the store. They stopped me and checked my pockets even my wallet. Then they find out either their anti-theft machine was malfunctioning or a staff (I had to wait nearly 5 to 8 minutes to pay for as she was on the phone) might not scanned properly the item that I bought a few days ago as the tag was in my wallet. Then these ladies staff let me go by didn’t apologise or explained me why it happened. I will ever never going back to that store. You should train your staff properly or fix your machine. I wish I could give zero but I couldn’t.

A tip for the staff when approaching closing time (apart from one lady) : Try telling the customer that the store closes in ten minutes when they arrive (we approached one guy, didn't say anything about it) instead of waiting until they are in a dressing room with only two minutes till close and getting nearly every staff member to tell them while they try to get dressed as quickly as possible. Now if we had known that the store closed soon we would have returned the following day but with the death stares and comments muttered under the door staffs breath we won't be returning at all. I get that it's probably been a long day for you lot but that was pretty embarrassing.

Terrible service, the girls at the counter totally ignore me and laugh when they realised someone was at the till waiting to pay for something.

Why have staff?
None of the girls helped or offered assistance when we needed help, I mean that is there job right.to answer questions for shoppers.to try and make a sale.
Very poor customer service.

I was shopping on Monday 1 August 2022
and I’m not happy with the staff. The worst customer service ever. She’s not willing to service. Dissatisfied with customers and seem upset. All the girls staff never smiled and help for services. I felt very uncomfortable to buy anything here. If have -1 star I’m happy to review that and 1 star that too much for this store.

For my recommendation your company could training the staff before start work about the service, especially the girls staff.

Really appreciated the good humour of the staff at 9am on a Monday morning. Could easily have been as enthusiastic about the coming week as I was*. But the ones I had a chance to chat to at such a silly hour were very amenable and a credit to management.
*I was not enthusiastic about the day, let alone the week.

Hi,
I was in on Sunday 26/6/22 to buy some thongs. Disappointed with the service. Mostly staff talking amongst themselves.
When I asked for help it seemed an inconvenience.
I went to pay and was then asked if I wanted my receipt emailed, I said yes.
I gave my email, but I had a feeling the young woman wasn't listening as I never received my receipt.
I know retail can be tough.
The thongs are nice at least.

Pretty standard store. Needs a new shoe measuring device as we were shopping for shoes and they didn't have one. Staff are a mixed bag of super friendly and helpful and kind of distant and uninterested.

Nice beachwear shop, you can find almost everything for adults. I was little disappointed that I couldn't find any swimwear for my 5yo daughter!

Went in with a girlfriend, walked out without one. Some chad behind the counter hit on my girl and she left me straight up. Wouldn't even let me watch/ so disappointed

Pretty cool little skate shop. Let us ride around to try the boards and change the bearings on site.
Some of the clothing or shoes items are pretty expensive even the sale stuff, but on par with most stores I suppose.
Beachy vibe

I took my 13 year old daughter into City Beach because she wanted a top and pink socks with yellow fluffy ducklings.
She bought a nice red top with strappy things over the shoulder. She seemed very happy with the top at a good price and she loves her socks also.lots of cool stuff for all teens and wanna be cool kids.
The staff was a bit all over the place and seemed a bit disorganized but after all the majority of staff were still dealing with pimple pop ups. Can't expect too much from teens dreaming of beach parties with banging tunes and bodacious threads for such occasions.
Will Shyla be there or maybe Jaxson with an X.cool kids in a cool shop performing cool trix.well just mainly day dreaming and thinking of doing adult things.
