City Beach reviews
10Very young staff, not really keen to help you - you get served once you line up, no other help. They could all improve in communication and customer service. I did find what I was looking for, but every time I shop here they mostly ignore you unless you’re young!
Dont bother purchasing any garment / item from the City Beach brand (Sanction) as it carries a two week, yes 2 week warranty. Girl behind the counter seemed very pleased not to help too. Pretty sure the ACCC would have something to say about this.
I tried to return an item in which the elastic had failed and they refused stating it was out of the two week warranty.
Great place with great people selling great stuff. I'd give it 5 if not for it being cramped. Could use expansion.
If i could give this store a 0 I would, the kids in this store need a good course in customer service and on how to actually run a store.
Great experience shopping at this store. Got a great deal and the young staff there provided friendly and responsive service.
Slow customer service, and prices are a little on the expensive side. Better off looking online in my opinion.
Here right now and I have been waiting for assistance from any employee for about 10 mins, all I want to buy is a pair of vans but at this point I'm done.
Not to mention the staff keep touching their faces which is a big no go with corona at the moment so thanks but no thanks I'll go somewhere that is more welcoming
Was in store and went to purchase item which had a sale tag on it and no price, I was told item was not on sale and they had made a mistake?
Good store but poor staff. I stood at the counter waiting for assistance while the guy and gal chatted to each other while trying to open a watch case. Neither could bother to acknowledge my presence so I left the store and made my purchase elsewhere. All they needed to do was to provide some basic courtesy. This is most likely poor training and/or poor hiring.
