City Beach

Waited a long time to be served in the queue. One person serving with 3 others just walking around not serving that's why i lined up. Needed a bag that was hanging up from the ceiling. Was told I had to wait in line again to purchase the bag. Yet again the line was long with one person serving. Need more people on registers or people that actually do some work.

Poor if no service.messy store, Picked a few items to purchase, got ignored at counter by 2 staff until 1 called another over to put our purchases thru register. Young girl lovely. Male attendant and older woman rude and ignorant. Absolutely appalling help in store. Pitifully bad service.

Girl wearing tan 'dress' with eyelashes for days on the counter today was outrageously rude. No customer service, spoke to us like she didn't want to be there. 1 star, would not trade again.

Very helpful. Went in there today to get shoes for two Grand sons. Took the time to check sizes etc and didn't make us feel that we were being a pain. Lacey was her name I think. Thank you for being so patient. Great customer service.

Absolutely horrible phone service. The girls that answer the phone are rude and not helpful at all. They do not take you as important as an instore customer.

Don't bother trying to return something unless you have ironclad proof of purchase, six different reasons why they were unwilling to exchange a faulty item, I've been wearing surf wear since the eighties, but what I do wear will be from anywhere but city beach, all over a lousy pair of thongs, this mob make the grinch look positively generous

Great clothing, great service but sometimes there are some salty workers but most of them are very nice. Pretty good prices for such good quality clothing

Before I bought Calvin Klein’s underwear from the store I asked the cashier if they were returnable and the lady said “Yes they are returnable, only if you have the receipt” then the cashier that was serving me asked her colleague then she replied with the same answer (So I bought them). When I went home I opened the package didn’t even wear them and look at them and I said to myself that is TOO BIG for me (Didn’t even try them on). So I go back to the store the following week after I bought them, I walked in and went to the front desk where they served me last time. The lady that was serving me was nice until the manger come along, The manger was rude and didn’t even want to explain why he wouldn’t give me a refund all he was saying was it’s a hygiene policy. I was in disbelief when he said to me and the staff I am the manger and everybody runs off my command, I’m definitely reporting this to head office

Rockhampton City Beach is a warm and friendly place with all help provided, the workers have lovely attitudes and are willing to help you in any way; that's from climbing up to the high shelfs to scavenging through the back just to find the perfect shoes for you. Rockhampton City Beach is a great and wonderful environment to shop:)

I brought a stone wash Jet pilot shirt about 2 months from city beach and already there is over 20 holes in it like it is thread bare then try to call the rockhampton shop about 5 times over this evening and none answered not happy good money wasted down the drain I've always thought you get what you pay for. Well i paid good money four this shirt and only worn it around 5 times and know it's stuffed not a happy customer
