City Beach

Waited 20 minutes in line to be served. 2 poor young girls serving with a queue of over 20 people. Other girls just wandering around the shop and not helping them.whoever manages this shop needs serious training

Did a click and collect order. Got the confirmation email that it was ready to collect. Arrive to the store, only to wait in line for 20 minutes to get told they had lost it. How do you “lose” a click and collect order.

Get your act together, disgraceful customer service. Won’t be shopping again at city beach.

We went to Pacific Fair on the 14th of January. We wanted to look at a Tommy Hilfiger watch that was locked up. We asked the staff member if we could look at it and their response was 'I don't have a key, I can't help you' and shurgged his shoulders. Just pure laziness or just no clue how to do his job. Anyway we walked away and they lost out on a $400 sale. Not impressed at all. Train your staff better.

Recently had a nice young Irish lad serve me. What else can I say he was the most polite and inviting chap I've ever met. I will 100% go there again if he is working and he is a real looker as well:)

Just want to pass on my thanks and gratitude to Amelia, the staff member at Pacific Fair who processed my purchases today. There was a problem with an incorrect scan on one of my items, on top of this the refund total was also wrong due to a system glitch and through no fault of her own but she calmly and professionally managed to sort out the problem. I hope management will forward to Amelia my appreciation of her help this afternoon.

Looking at sun glasses and being circled by one of the staff as if im going to steel them, and you think I dont notice that the same person has circle me 20 times.
No hello, No have a nice day, head down how rude who is training these young ppl in customer service and friendliness.

Great place super clean but I bought a jumper from their and after two times of wearing it holes started spearing out of nowhere so I don't recommend. If u wanna by jumpers

CUSTOMER SERVICE! -0. There isn’t one person I know of that would disagree the customer service is shocking, if I can avoid going into city beach I will. No hate but the staff are rude and leave a bad experience. I love shopping but walking out of city beach feeling PO isn’t it. Maybe the big boss should go undercover and see what really happens when a customer has to go searching for a staff member then the staff member to have a bad attitude like we’re intruding on what they did on the weekend conversation. If your business relied on customer service you’d be long gone. Culture kings for us from now on.

The girl that served us was rude, didnt even say hello or speak, I asked her a question and she just ignored us. We were a quick easy sale - $120 in and out.

Incredibly rude, entitled and poorly trained staff. My daughters outside shopping set off their door alarms and a shop assistant came barging out from the back of the store and snatched her shopping bag out of her hand and refused to give it back. Her colleague came from else where in the shop and searched her bag without asking, embarrassed both of us, forcing us to go back and forwards between the security gates, empty out our bags, all in front of other shoppers. We never protested and were never offered an apology. After all that, they just said “you can go”. It was downright HUMILIATING and borderline assault. The national retailers association states “……Requests to check a customer’s bag should be courteous to minimise the degree of intrusion.
The employee or shopkeeper should request the customer to open the bag himself or herself. There should never be any direct physical interference by the shopkeeper or employee.
Where a view of the bag is obstructed by a large parcel, coat or similar item, the employee or shopkeeper may request that the customer remove the item, but should never touch the item directly…. ”

Horrible customer service. Rude staff sold me two different skateboard trucks that where $60 each

The customer service is off and on. Went in before Christmas Eve, staff seemed like avoiding eye contact and no help when I was asking about a skateboard for my daughter. Went in last Saturday, staff were friendly and young lady on change rooms was helpful and lovely. Would still recommend but staff need to be more consistent.

Horrible customer service. Rude staff. Not coming back into this store ever again. Is there any standards for this store?

City Beach you have a watershed when it comes to staff, they’re either brilliant and I want to adopt them and take them home or they treat you like it’s so annoying to have to talk to anyone over 30

Staff don’t seem to exist in this store.
Plus their sales aren’t very good.
Came here on Boxing Day and they mainly had old stock and things that just weren’t selling on special.
Also had a up to 70% off sale recently and pretty much the same deal. Nothing nice was on special.
And the quality on items isn’t that good.

DOES ANYONE EVEN WORK HERE! We live here on the coast and EVERY SINGLE TIME MY FAM AND I GO IN To the store there IS HONESTLY NO ONE THERE TO HELP US ON THE FLOOR. Most staff never smile and even say hello! CMON PEOPLE! Although There was a lovey girl there once.

I walked into the store today to purchase one item that I had already looked up online, on their website. To "save time" I asked a staff member if she knew where it was. The staff member told me "I don't think we have those" straight off the bat (without even trying to help me find it), to which I showed her a screen cap of the item in their website. She then referred me to the store manager who initially gave me the same response at first, but after me showing him the screen cap also he then showed me where he thought the item might be with a fair bit of hesitation.

Yes I sound whiny. My point is simple though. Don't show up to work if you're not willing to try and serve the customer. You know. As per customer service.

Service very poor! Price on tag was not the price I was charged at checkout. Price on top I wanted to buy had $19.95 but it came up on the register as $49.95. What the hell? Then I was told sticker had been put on the top by somebody. I mean get it together and DO YOUR JOB!

Let me tell you Jake deserves a raise, he helped me pick an entire outfit shoes and all, really looked after me and had very good customer service, answered all my questions

Customer service stinks. After waiting for a girl to stop sweeping, she yelled in our direction, next customer to the counter- no eye contact and no indication of which counter. Very rude. I was only asking a question so if I was going to purchase something, I would have put it back and not bothered.
