53 staff in the store. 2 standing in the middle chatting socially to each other ignoring the situation, 1 on the register 4 people waiting to be served. Absolutely rubbish customer service.
Worst service ever lots of staff doing nothing and not helping customers even when asked to
City Beach is always such a bizarre shopping experience. Purchased a dress today and waited upwards of 5 minutes just to be served because it took forever for the girl at the counter to serve the guy in front of me. There's 6 other staff members within view of the tills but none of them thought to open another till and serve despite the fact that there was a line of about 6 or 7 other people behind me. The couple behind me were clearly annoyed as well because the bloke wouldn't stop complaining about it lol.
This isn't even an isolated incident, it's every time I've visited the store which isn't very often, and it's also not just in Riverlink, though they do stand out among the rest in terms of poor customer service.
I'm a store manager of a store in Riverlink and if my store operated like this I'd be beyond disappointed.
Staff don’t pay attention to customers and are too busy discussing other stuff at the till and kept us waiting. Awful service.
Just left from a very disappointing shopping experience. Just Spent over $200 and Dylan the sales associate couldn’t even fold the clothes up. Just scrunched them up and shoved them in a bag. Is this the way you treat customers and the clothing? Not inclined to return any time soon.
