I was really disappointed with the customer service I received today. I asked if a hat I brought previously was available in store. Found the same kind of hat on the kids rack, to show what I was looking for in store. The guy working behind the counter told me the hat which was the obviously the kid size was the adult size. He didn’t even try and have a look online to check availability. Ask another female staff member who was not helpful either. I just found it plain rude! I ended up leaving after that experience.

Customer service most definitely needs to be improved. Not once did any store staff today come over to ask if we needed help finding shoes sizes as pretty much all the additional shoe sizes are kept way from the public. Disappointing customer support.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Didn’t interact with us at all but happily spoke to each other about their boyfriends and their personal issues. Not to also mention there was a line out the door. Will not be returning to the store again. Disappointed.

The teenagers that work there have no idea about customer service and look like they don't want to be there.

I've been there 3 times in the last 2wks. Ordered click n collect to have to wait 5days to get it. I go in today 2 registers open at least 8 girls walking around and I get made to wait to be served while they had a great giggle. I then go in and have teen girls with sour faces who have 10% of there body covered in what looks like underwear be rude to me. Citybeach's acceptable work outfit policy needs reviewing. When asking for help i got no help. Wont buy from here again.

Great shop. Love to get hats from there (Caps and bucket hats) Lots of trendy pieces of clothing as-well!

Good experience when I was looking for birthday presents for my husband! The staff was friendly and helpful.

I tried refunding a product still in perfect condition and they were trying to make excuses so i dont refund it. When they realized they had to refund it they refunded it to me in a gift card, instead of my credit card, after i asked multiple times. That is so i buy from their shop. They also have no knowledge on their products. The staff also tried refunding me the wrong amount, thinking i wont realize.

Absolute trash place they think every second person is stealing, i went in with a camera and have footage of it as it happened twice now, cyrrently speaking to a lawyer as im of dark descent and strongly belive im being racially profiled. Disgusting behaviour would not recommend. Look at all the similar reviews.

Very busy here! Went here on boxing day so it was expected, but the other time i went it was a normal day and the queue was still huge? Not many workers walking around to help you with things. Wide range of clothing though and lively music playing! Fitting rooms were clean thankfully.

My sister and I was just shopping at Northlakes City Beach store. Suddenly, staffs were being suspicious and judgmental by our looks - as if we're going to steal something. We were just wearing a normal winter clothing - jumpers and track pants. Not allowed two adults in a fitting room? We're sisters by blood? Then, two staffs waiting at the checkpoints? Hilarious! Normally, staffs at this store never check? Next time, I'll wear gown aye.but won't enter at your store ever again! Bye.

The customer service in this store was quite good, the assistant was helpful and polite, although we did have to ask for help. The range isn't quite as good as Morayfield and certainly not as good as Chermside but the previous reviews are not representation of this store. My last visit was midday on a Saturday and I thought it was okay, as was the previous visits. I have previously returned items at City Beach with no issues.

I feel like my personal space was violated. Being followed and asked several questions was making my shop very unpleasant. Everything I picked up was examined. I left and proceeded to spend $400.00 else where just for that reason.

Omg never going there again! Far too many clothes on the racks. Try to get something off the racks to try on and they all get tangled and fall on the floor. Staff really nice but only one person serving when ten people waiting to pay. I left my items that I was going to purchase.

Not happy with the claims made about this place. Things on sale turned out to be more than what was advertised. Staff are not very helpful either. Better stores around. I will be traveling to another.

I have always shopped with CityBeach but recently moved local to NorthLakes, in store for a good 20mins looking for jeans and a jacket for my husband. Not 1 staff said hi or offered to help. As leaving a senior staff member said "ow did u need help? ". Yes thats why im leaving your store with nothing.very poor service and has not changed once the last 3 times we have tried to buy. We drove the extra 15min to Chermside CBeach.much much better service and shopper friendly store.

Returns policy is ridiculous. Ordered online and paid $10 express post to get a pair of $17 thongs quickly in time for my son's birthday. Sadly, sizing was wrong. Local City Beach store did not stock size. Found alternative at another store. Disappointed the only method of return was via the online store and couldn't return for refund at the local store which I was STANDING IN! If you can exchange at the local store why not refund? Seriously Surf Dive Ski is sooo much more customer friendly. Won't be shopping at City Beach again. So sick of stores that make online shopping difficult.

3 times visited, takes 15minutes of waiting in cue even if your the only one waiting. Staff seem lazy and not interested. Would be surprised if this chain bites the dust soon

Every time I want to buy shoes from here they never ever have the right size. Staff are young know it all smart asses.
