Kym took her time to listen and discuss my desired style at the start of the appointment. She then gave an amazing head massage when washing my hair. Throughout the cut she checked in with me. The end result was just perfect and I feel great! Looking forward to coming back.

They bleached my beard just in time for Christmas! It's hard to find any hair studio that does it so I'm glad. I was forewarned as to the probably outcome of the bleaching (not likely white but it would get close and it would take more than one visit- but I had to space them out to avoid hair damage) and effect on my skin beforehand. I was unaware it would take 4.5 hours the first time but they probably told me and my mind couldn't comprehend it so blocked it out: D Nice people, professional attitude, and always busy (which is an excellent sign). It was cost effective (relatively) and they always "checked in with me" throughout the process. I will be back:)

Today was no exception to the amazing service Carly provides. Walked out with amazing red curls! A trip to Chroma is always what I need to make me feel refreshed. I have been going to Chroma for about 7 years, there is a reason for that.
