LOVE Christian Louboutin! The handbags are to die for! Already got 11 pairs of CL shoes! One of my favourite shops!

Refused to get me boots that I want to buy, stupid as it is, how about getting me the boots from another store without making a big deal about it? This store manager and staff doesn't care about selling shoes to anyone. Pathetic

Worst shopping experience at Pacific fair I have had ever, staff and I think manager were so rude.

Dom along with every single staff in the store are knowledgeable and super friendly with such a beautiful smile on their faces. Always spoiled with fancy champagne and never felt any pressure to purchase anything. Multiple times they’ve special ordered my desired shoes without pushing me to purchase what they have in stock.

If you’re a fan of red bottoms or maybe not just yet, you’re always welcomed to walk in and talk to the staff and try on your favorite pairs and I’m sure you’re always gonna walk out “happy”?

Let’s start with the manager of the store her name is Piya. She’s absolutely amazing and always give me the best service even when I just go for a look and walk out with absolutely nothing. So profesional, kind and always offering every single client the best service they can ask for. Thank you again Piya and her whole team specially Natalie another beautiful soul. You guys are amazing! I’ll be buying shoes there until I can’t walk no more haha.

The staff here do not judge shoppers came in to get my daughter a pair of shoes wearing casual clothes. They let us try on as many shoes as we wanted. Other shops of this price range look down their noses because we don't act snobbish. Love the shoes and staff. Comfortable shoes as well.

Most friendliest guy in the whole of the designer wear at Pacific Fair. Easy to deal with and offering plenty of support during the process. Definitely my favourite store.

Very rude staff. I just walked out off the shop may b for second and came back after buying the shoes that they r not right.the lady just being rude suggesting that I wore it.it can’t b exchanged.well after long conversation thinking it’s a brand.we came to decision that I don’t want to buy it.

Staff were lovely. As a young shopper I often find staff disregard me, not the case at Louboutin.

About 2 years ago all I wanted was one pair of red bottoms and fast forward to now I have 5 pairs! Natalie has been my superstar! She is so passionate, patient and all round the perfect staff member you want in a luxury brand like Christian Louboutin! I am forever checking in on the new styles and looks of Louboutin himself and it’s never easy, As they are all so brilliant but with Natalie she makes the choosing process so easy whilst keeping the upmost professionalism. From the time I entered the store till even this day Natalie will check in with me and also let me know about the new styles and what stock they have in my size! I work in a customer based industry and even I would struggle to still touch base with customers from over 2 years ago. She has completely and utterly exceeded and still will exceed my expectations. From when the Loubi runners got released I told her that I was trying to hunt down a pair of black sock spikes that I have had my eye on for some time! They were sold out in Australia for months and to be honest I gave up getting my hands on this iconic shoe! She emailed me about 2 weeks ago and at the time I wasn’t in the market as me and my partner are about to head overseas on a big trip, I let her know that and it was not a problem at all then about 10 days later I was thinking about how Natalie took the time out of her day to send me an email and just let me know she has tracked down the last size and pair in Australia! This is unbelievable and touching as she is in a big store with a massive customer base, but still let me know I could get them! I gave her a call back and purchased the shoes over the phone to get them sent to the Pacific fair store not my house just so I can go in store and see Natalie and enjoy her customer service whilst getting the pair of shoes I have wanted for the past 7 months. I could have got them sent to my house but I chose to drive down and hour and a half to get that customer service she has always kept to such grace and attention to detail. I can’t begin to thank her enough for everything she has done and will continue to do for me and my partner who I recently have got into red bottoms from speaking with Natalie and getting him to see the value and time put into these incredible shoes. We both got a pair of matching Louboutin’s. I can’t wait for many more pairs!

OMG! Christian Louboutin in Pacific Fair Shopping Centre has become my second home. I have always appreciated quality in things I buy and Christian Louboutin Shoes are DEFINATELY QUALITY. Like everything, you have to at least try it once. Well I did once and then twice and three times. At last count I was up to 6 pairs, some are Limited Edition, ranging from Sneakers, Casual Wear to Dress Wear. My Partner is just as addicted to this Fantastic Shop with many pairs in her closet as well.
The staff are just adorable. I have dealt with Pia, Zachary, Natalie and Lucy so far. Nothing is too much trouble for these Beautiful People. They make you feel like Royalty. Nothing is too much trouble for them. You want to try on one pair or six pairs, ask them about the shoes, they have the answers for you. They personally wear these amazingly comfortable shoes as their work shoes, so with that in mind I figure they know what is what about these shoes. There is another collection coming out soon and I will be in the store to check out what Christian has conjured up this time. If you are in Pacific Fair Shopping Centre looking for shoes, do yourself a favour and go and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

After spending an eternity drooling over this brand, doing research, watching countless YouTube videos and reading size guides I finally decided to visit the beautiful Christian Louboutin boutique at Pacific Fair to view these stunning shoes in person and purchase them.

I entered the store a few months ago to purchase the So Kate 120mm, patent leather in nude for a professional work event. I didn't care so much about the comfort as I know they are notoriously uncomfortable, however uncompromisingly exquisite. Completing many personal and professional milestones I knew I deserved to buy myself something very special as I do occasionally in the Luxury boutiques situated at Pacific Fair.

Upon entering, I was greeted by a caucasian girl with dark hair and big eyes, all dressed in black but very friendly upon my initial greeting.
Entering further I was starry eyed at the gorgeous shoes and bags in front of me. The girl that greeted me immediately retreated to the back room which I thought was a little strange but I hardly thought on it further, I didn't mind as I definitely wanted to have a look around first before trying on the shoe I had originally planned on. 5 minutes went by and I could hear the cackle of what sounded like staff members having a lively conversation, I tried not to listen but it was so loud and all I could hear as the music was at a very low volume.

I continued to browse eagerly waiting for the girl to come back out so I could ask to try some shoes on but a lot of time went by and no one came out for several minutes. It seemed that I was going to have to yell out for some assistance. Something I believe I shouldn't have to do in a luxury boutique, this isn't K-Mart.

I yelled out excuse me and got no response, still very clearly hearing them laughing and talking amongst themselves, swearing and carrying on. Tried a second time and there was no response again, continuing to hear them talking away I was getting quite frustrated as it was becoming increasingly rude to ignore me. Upon my third time trying to get their attention I raised my voice slightly louder to exceed their already obnoxious laughters volume and it was a success.

Since I was very eager to try the shoes on, figure out my correct size and purchase on the spot I decided to ignore the past 10 minutes and move forward. She asked me what size I was and I said I wasn't sure somewhere between a 36 and 37, she rolled her eyes and said okay I'll grab some sizes for you.

She returned literally 30 seconds later and said that they didn't have any of those sizes in nude. I said maybe I could try in black, she rolled her eyes again and said she'd check. Returning in an even shorter amount of time she said no sorry. Didn't offer to suggest any alternative or any further process perhaps calling another store or going online, just nothing. I understand if they apparently "didn't have" the sizes but I just thought how can you possibly look for several sizes in 2 colours of shoes in less than 20 seconds? Only to return to abruptly say no we don't have them. It honestly seemed like she just wanted me to leave so she could return to the party in the back room with her co-workers.

I asked if there was anything else in the entire store that had a similar fit just so I could get an idea of the sizes, she pointed to the window display and said "those". Not even offering to show me or give me more information just pointing with an extended arm in the general direction of the window. As I started to walk over I looked back and she had already returned to the back room.

At this point I was just wanting to leave the store so I did. As I walked out the door she sarcastically yelled THANK YOU at the top of her lungs, I looked back and visibly saw her roll her eyes and start laughing to whoever was in the back room.

I talked to some friends over the past couple of months and they had very similar things happen to them, issues with staff being rude and ignoring them. This shouldn't happen in a store like this, or ANY STORE for that matter.

My Ma and I attended this store today for the first time and certainly not our last. We were greeted by a lovely young man, Zack, in his divine blue suede shoes. What a lovely experience it was. He was polite and friendly without being too familiar. The product is divine as is expected, but the service was the outstanding component.
