Choice The Discount Store Rothwell

The the manager that was working on the 28th of October in the afternoon around 1650 needs an attitude adjustment how dare you, your staff need to pull their heads out of the cloud and wake up as well.

Horrendous customer service! I said hello when I walked into the store and the girl at the counter just stared at me. Then as I went to pay for my items the 3 young girls just stood there chatting away at the counter not serving anyone. I was barely spoken to when the girl was putting through the sale, she offered no bag, and then I dropped everything in the car park. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced terrible customer service from them.

Extremely rude young lady at the counter on 20th may at 2pm. Made no effort to say hello or goodbye or ask me how I'm doing, just silence and she gave me a really nasty and degrading look as I arrived at the check out. I heard a security call on the speakers earlier and you know I have no issue being sussed out, you's have a right to do so but what I do not appreciate is being served and treated like a thief when I get to the check out. I do NOT steal, if you don't catch someone stealing there and then, do not TREAT them like a thief. Absolutely disgraceful, I've been a regular at the deception bay choice store for years and yeah I doubt I'll be back at rothwell. That young girl needs a talking to.

They have most things you need but the staff don't know everything they have if you ask for something they say they don't sell it then you find it.

Great store. Friendly staff, well stocked and merchandised. Loved the range in craft. I'll go back even that this store is out of my way. Would love to see ceramic pieces in craft section. The Tv advertising bought this shop to my interest, there are others in my proximity. Well done, you will see me again and again

Huge store! If you're looking for practically anything this is the place! Plenty of easy parking and open 7days.

The staff are great, always get good banter and service, they have SO MUCH variety! Everything super cheap and fairly good quality. Will visit again and again

Incorrect price on shelf compared to register price.purchased ONE item - docket 38cm/15" long.

Went into Choice Rothwell today Excellent Friendly staff very welcoming, heaps of stock, awesome prices, great brands as well. Will be back regularly.

Went for the first time to choice Rothwell well set up clean and well merchandised friendly staff will be shopping there again.
