Choice The Discount Store

Absolutely horrible! Me and my friend, both 13, had previously purchased makeup from a completely different store. We entered choice, purchased perfume and tried to exit. The manager stoped us and searched our bags and proceeded to claim we were stealing because we didn’t have receipts from the other store. He let us go and walked around to the bus stop near the tackle shop. We walked over to the Macdonald’s and ordered food. We were about to leave when the same guy from choice walked into Macdonald’s and started yelling at me and my friend saying “I called the store and they don’t sell makeup, blah blah, how do I know your not stealing? ” He made me empty my bags and show him everything.

Honestly terrifying.

This store is a wonderful place to spend heaps of time wandering around to find all sorts of hidden treasures. The store itself is huge and has a large array of stock to suit everyone from children to adults of any age. You honestly could do your entire Christmas Shop in this one store and not leave anyone out, especially yourself and the pricing is incredibly low for the quality. I managed to buy myself 6 summer dresses for under $25 & which is not often East to do.
Whether you are into crafts, clothes baby's clothes or children's toys, games sports, gardening, candles, hair products, jewellery, accessories or make-up or even pet products you'll find all this there & more as I would have to go back to see all there is to offer.
Do yourself & your family and friends a favour but mostly yourself because as I said we can all do with a little pick-me-up present when we're out doing the Christmas shopping. Have fun, I did.

Honestly horrible, one of the staff members marched over to McDonald’s and accused my friends of stealing makeup. He followed them and claimed he had security footage (keep in mind this was about 10 minutes after they left the store)

Manager follows 2 13yo girls to Mc Donald’s & demands to search their bags & purses again after searching them in store. Girls had 3 pieces of makeup previously purchased at the reject store near Woolworths in a reject store bag. Manager intimidated & stood over the girls in McDonalds & demanded everything be emptied onto the tables. As the girls had nothing of their shop this sort of intimidation will be reported to Noosa police.

When you ask questions you don't get a answer or even a smile or you say something they don't even talk back.
I have worked in retail and never seen this behaviour.local people don't like to go to that store at all and by the way if you look at the sale figures you probably see something is wrong there.

Even for that last minute urgent pickup this shop seems to have what you need. Nic nacs like batteries, household needs and heaps more.

I was there the other day. A lady told me her name was jo and I was absolutely appalled with the way she treated her staff. She is loud rude and obnoxious and I swear drove customers out of the store. She served me and I was close to saying how rude she spoke to this poor young girl. She is no manager

At 12.55 today I bought a spectacle hanger at Noosaville Store and went outside to put it on my glasses, it immediately broke so i took it back inside in less than 5 minutes of purchase the young boy called someone to do the refund who insisted i buy something else in its place, i replied no thank you i want a refund. She then said to the young boy who served me "Give her a refund so she'll leave the store im sick of people being rude to me which i wasnt" on returning to my car rang the store and was told it was her last day I gather she had been sacked
So good riddence to that ugly heart woman CHOICE DOESNT NEED PEOPLE LIKE HER.

This is a really good store heaps of goods and a really gud cheap price I will always recommend yor store to all my friends also the friendly helpful staff that will spare nothing to help yu and tell yu where to go in store to find wat yor Lukin for gud on ya girls and guys yu all great people regards Graham ️️️️️️

I could here Jo who I believe to be the manager at the Noosaville store from out the front of the store absolutely screaming at some poor young girl who from my past experiences has been incredibly lovely and I honestly thought she was the manager from her professionalism and kind heart. Poor girl was just doing her job, what a grumpy old lady.

Jo, the manager is an exceptional lady, so helpful. She went out of her way to help find us a product we were after, to the point of asking all her suppliers and searching everywhere until she found it. Thank you so much. You do not see this kind of service any more. Jo, you have renewed my faith. You are one in a million.

I would like to commend and thank Jo the Manager of the Noosaville 'Choice' store for going above and beyond normal customer service in sourcing for me a product from another Choice store. Not only did she find the product but also personally delivered it to the Noosaville store for me to pick up! I have never before come across such outstanding service and such a friendly and helpful member of staff. Many thanks again Jo, you deserve to be awarded 'Employee of the Year'.
