Helpful staff who always seem to be friendly and happy to be at work. Absolutely awesome balloon selection with helium available

As far as discount stores go choices pretty good indeed however there are some higher end items that are far more expensive than they should be in a discount store

It has allot of different things and the staff are usually very friendly I honestly don't understand a shop that does not do returns I tryed to return a dog Jaket I got the wrong size by mistake apparently due to health and safety they would not let me return it I have to say I don't understand at all. It had not been used at all it had all the tags and I had the receipt.

I love this shop. It has everything. Absolutely everything. Everything is well priced. I spent far too much time here. Great art and craft section. Great pet section. Lots of cool stuff I never knew I needed until I went there.

There are a lot of cheap bits and pieces. Some homewears, food, and hardware, to name just a few. You can get your ballons inflated as well.

Great variety of stuff. I suspect of variable quality but that's what you have to accept at a discount store

WOW have they grown. That store has probably all you need, arts supplies, yarns etc, garden, car needs, lollies, of you need things for showing off you have been to Queensland.they have it. Books, kids all, some clothing go on and on. Thankyou

If you need some quick and or cheap you'll probably find what you need here, amazing wide range

Ample parking but can be busy on weekends, huge shop with lots on offer. Great for supplies for parties. Has discounted food and lollies available and everything else you can think of!

Poor service when your staff come over to serve their friends first at the balloon section whilst I was left standing there waiting.
Served their friend then walked off again whilst I was left waiting again.
I only got served when I mentioned something.

In my opinion this is one of the cheapest discount stores around. Their stock is actually cheap! It's almost a big warehouse there's so much stuff! There's a large range from clothes, containers, canvas, homewares and so much more.

Fantastic store, that always has car parking available right at the front door. Convenient location and full of treasures. Helpful staff.

Always come home with something
Lots of variety at reasonable prices, especially if your planning a party.

Used to buy lots of art / craft things here but they won’t let me swap a $3 pack of pencils without a receipt. Who’s going to keep that? Still in the packet brand new.

Lost a regular customer over it.

Great gift ideas and just has everything you basically need instead of going to Woolworths or Coles

What an amazing store!
I came in because a friend recommended I get birthday balloons here, and I was quite hesitant. But it is one of the most beautiful stores, which such an amazing range of items, and such marvellous staff! The girl Danielle who did my balloons was so kind, efficient and so so helpful. She spent so much time helping me find everything I was looking for, and made sure that my balloons were so special. I will definitely be shopping here again!

This is like the best store ever! Wow they have everything you could possibly need or want and the prices are excellent. They have really good varieties of different snacks and lollies etc and very reasonable prices. The craft section is superb and so impressive. I went to get paint brushes and they had a great selection to choose from and the whole shop is very good quality products. Im so impressed I could spend hours in there and every aisle is a great aisle. Thank you so much!

Absolutely gobsmacked at the unkind and rude staff at this store. When asked to utilise the bathroom for my small child who was clearly desperate and distressed or whether there was one close by I was told I would need to go to Woolworths (which is not close by if you have a desperate situation) the staff member than walked off. I find it hard to believe that a store of that size, not even in the same complex as Woolworths has no bathrooms to offer their patrons or access to one closer to their store. I suppose I would have accepted this response if it was not for the unkind and rude staff member who lacks sympathy or compassion in this world.
