Choice Dental - Browns Plains

Was great to choose and have dental treatments with dental choice browns plains.
My dentist and nurse was wonderful and very smoothly done my procedure didn’t feel any pain at all.both was great and special thanks to a nurse for great service.

The whole Choice Dental experience is one of gentle care and concern performed in a friendly and thoughtful manner. Starting with lovely Susan at reception, through to thorough but gentle, caring dental work by Dr Shivani and assistant Cleo, you will finally be able to relax and enjoy your dental experience.

The Choice dental team are very professional,  friendly,  and accommodating.
Dr Shazia performed my cosmetic treatment (porcelain veneers) and was very informative and explained every step of the process,  making my experience very pleasant.  The whole time I felt relaxed and at ease.

Have been at Choice dental Browns plains a few times. The staffs are professional and helpful. There fees are reasonable. The let you know exactly how much it will cost before starting any treatments.

Can’t recommend the clinic enough. My whole family has been going there for a few years now. Always very professional and caring- especially Charlie and Susie.

After booking in for a consultation and confirming it via the text message system I turned up to be told my appointment wasn’t confirmed. I waited a bit longer and the Dr was able to see me. He pretty much couldn’t be bothered and put me in the too hard basket. I have never felt so ashamed before as he told me to visit another dentist in the area and ‘would email me some other places’ (which they never did email)

Choice dental offer orthodontics and veneers - both of which I want but apparently they didn’t need my money and their time was too good to waste on me.

No, I didn’t write this review for you to email me and offer a $400 teeth whitening kit that I couldn’t care less if Miss Universe uses it or not. This makes me question your reviews now as you clearly bribe people who leave anything less than a 5 star review.

As per your email, my case isn’t complex. All services I require are listed on your website. You made me feel worthless and ashamed to be going to the dentist when I was already anxious enough.

Highly recommend choice dental. As someone who is getting a fair bit of work done for my family. On every visit I'm greeted with the friendly admin ladies. How go above and beyond to be helpful and understanding, letting me know cost upfront and payment options including finance. They have done an amazing effort to get our appointments done in and around our schedules. And working with me with amazing communication, texts reminders. Dr Shivani and her hygienists do an amazing work, are genuine with their kind and caring nature. Having extreme anxiety. These lady's work hard at explaining everything to next step sounds and sensations that will be felt and long with constant checks on how you ate doing and coping. As well as getting as much work done in each visit as you can afford or handle (we are set up on a payment plan). Helping to clearly plan all visit and explaining order and why while making sure you feedback is inputted. At no stage have we felt like just a number or next customer. We are welcomed like family by all team members.

Have been coming to choice dental for many years, all the staff are amazing! I was so nervous to get my wisdom teeth removed but they made feel comfortable & the dentist assistants go out of their way to make me feel at ease! Couldn’t recommend them more if your nervous, the front office girls made my experience so much better & easier!
