After the absolutely disgraceful treatment that my 90 yo mother received at this agency when bringing in her winning scratchies I will be contacting Nextra head office on Monday and ordering a public apology to my mother and I’ll be contacting the appropriate MP for an investigation in elder abuse. Not standing for my beautiful mother to be treated like this. Mongels!

Trading hours on weekends is not the same as the times listed. It's Sunday and the store opens at 6am apparently not at 5.15am that is listed. Would of been great to know instead of me waiting outside from 5.10am, nearly 50mins waiting because of wrong information listed.

Easy access, has everything plus more then what a newsagent usually holds. Staff are great to deal with. The isles are to tight to push a pram around to shop in the gifts section. Great location as well, as the Main Street can get quite busy you can park on the side street it’s still only a short walk to their shop.

Went in there to buy a new wallet for my partner and I had an eye injury which requires me to wear sunglasses all the time due to light sensitivity. Payed for the wallet and as I was leaving, I think it was the manager, yelled did that crack head junkie pay to the worker that served me. I was seriously disturbed by this comment already being sensitive about having to wear sunglasses and I yelled back yes here is my receipt. I can't believe such a person has a job in retail. She should be working where there is zero interaction with people as her people skills are the worst I have ever seen and would be doing damage to your business and looking at the other reviews seems like she is rude to everyone.

Never Again. We were given a stationary list from St Luke’s s school.
We left the entire list with them to pick, went to collect our stationery up from them, in hope that they would have packed everything accordingly.
Arriving home with our purchase, we found two items that were incorrect. Returned back to the store and was given the correct items with no apology. We came home and realised that there was more items not right, returned back to the store, and asked for the manager. The manager was rude and also to our surprise she did not apologise. She was obviously not thought basic manners at home. Absolutely disgusting, so much for shopping locally

The Staff are amazing. All except for head person. Been going here for 10yrs school booklist. Had a problem with head person last year. Attitude and nastiness from same person this year. Spent $700 last year on booklist × that by 10 yrs will never go back again. Disgusting behaviour for person in charge. Very unprofessional.

I have supported this business for many years. The owner I have found to be very rude. Staff are great, they work under a lot of pressure.

I would really love to thank Bec at the stocklands chippys today! She put 3 booklists together and did an absolutely beautiful job! Saved me so much stress and hassle. And she also had a wonderful chipper personality! Thankyou so much again Bec!

Beware Beware Chippies Sugarland are confused. Have been buying there for nigh on 4 years and have always used tap and go, without incident. Today Fri 1st Nov told that tap and go will have a surcharge. But get this bit of lunacy, if I insert the card and select same account no surcharge will apply. Time to find a sane seller.
Have noted no signs in shop advising rates applicable to tap and go. Have taken your advice. The choice is up to me and therefore I have chosen to shop elsewhere.

Omg the kids who work there look like that want to hang themselves. No thank you no smile nothing, don’t even know what they are selling gave me wrong advice for a charger.better go anywhere else.

Out of three visits I had bad service twice from two different staff. One girl gave the fakest smile I have ever seen. Wondered if she was actually trying to be rude.

Asked to pay more for pay wave. BUT I Can use credit/debit card at no extra charge. What is their problem. You know the banks charge them for same as pay wave, all on the same account by the merchant bank. Be the last time I go in there. Usually I spend around $3-$4000 per year there as I run my own business for my office supplies.

Went to buy cigarettes and they scan dearer then the price on the shelf it was only 30 cents dearer but its the principal of it and the shelf price is what we should be charged so yeah
