Great coffee & great place.can't go to the park when the weather is bad, it's a paradise for the kids to unleash their energy.

It is such a big place that has play area for all ages, even for baby. The area is separated based on age so that babies and younger kids are safer during their play away from the older kids that tend to be more active and cheeky. There are many options of play, slides, climbing, balls pit, merry go round, etc.babies under one also allowed free entry during weekdays and no charge for adult, it’s such a good place to go when you run out of ideas to spend time with kids when they are sick of nearby parks. Also, they have food and drinks on site so it has all your needs in one place. The only negative is that the toilet could be cleaner and more fragrant cos sometimes it can be a bit stinky, but it’s such a minor issue.

Nice indoor playground, safe place for kids and great opportunity for parents for relaxation

We love this place. Always clean which is a great change from the other chipmunks. Missed out on one star due to the flooring in the toddler area which has been like that for quite some time now. I’m forever seeing young ones trip over the bumps in the mats and have also done it myself which is a safely issue. One other thing is the menu could do with a bit of a change up!

Very good indoor playground for the kids, good choice of food and drinks at a reasonable price. The only negative is that we used to be able to to get in with the kids and have a laugh but they have new rules where adults can't join the fun I'm sure for "safety" reasons

My son had a fantastic birthday here at Chipmunks. The food was fresh and good, the ice cream cake was a winner and Charlie Chipmunk was wonderful. Thank you so much for making the birthday so fun and easy.

The kids seem to like it but would it kill you guys to add more lighting? At least 2 more highbay lights for the under 5 area. And some low voltage strip lights in the tunnel areas. Lack of light makes this place feel really run down.

The only positive thing about this place is that it offers indoor play for kids out of the sun. The playground looks windswept by a tornado of thousands of children. A lot of the equipment was tattered or out of order. I arrived their at the opening time and there was balls from the ball pit strewn across all other playground areas. You'd think for the entry price and the number of kids that they could afford to maintain the playground, but the answer is no. No outside food or drink allowed, and only average food and beverage options. Nothing to inspire healthy eating in kids, or adults for that matter. And good luck retrieving your child once they've entered the playground maze.

Great place for kids to enjoy - great for birthday parties - food is good and reasonably priced. Staff numbers can be improved. Huge amount of parking available but this place gets extremely busy on weekends.

I went there today, after 3pm but they kicked us out from 4: 45 pm Because there are private event.
They should tell me before we going in, I paid full price for 2 boys with purchased socks as well for less than one and half hours play.

Not fair! I paid full price for play until close!
Give 2 stars because my kids still love

First time at Chipmunks and it was ok. Very very busy, lots of kids clearly in areas they shouldn't be. Baby area was overrun with primary age boys so too bad if you had a baby that wanted to play there. My kid had an ok time but t was easy to lose him in such a crowded place.

Great place to have fun for the kids! Safe gated and large enough. I've been coming now for a while.and it never changes.as in the things broken, are always broken.

I really, sincerely wish the owners would give it a once over and fix the busted air toys and exposed wood. There's potential here to not just be good, but great! Wouldn't take much.it's not a a case of "They always break" it's a case of "they're always broken. "

Food service when busy, even enough only a very few items to buy is very slow. It's about 15mins just to order and another 30 - 40 mins (Just chips).
Still - Recommend it - Kids have fun.

Fantastic location and great indoor playground. We go every few weeks with friends or by ourselves. Sometimes you have to wait for a seat as it gets so busy. Good food. You can have birthday parties hear or hire out the whole centre for events.

Hire workers who smile and actually want to be there! It would help to make it a more pleasant experience. Obviously you’re hiring the wrong type of personalities who just couldn’t be bothered.

Update: This place has gone downhill. I guess maintenance for this type of environment must be hard due to the nature of wear and tear but honestly it looks like they've just given up after Covid. The place needs a good clean. Got in first thing at open and some of the tables haven't even been wiped down. Some white babyfood on the one we eventually decided to sit at. Got a half eaten lollipop stuck to my sock in the ballpit which you cant even call it that anymore. The suction tubes are broken and the balls are sparse. Roller slide area at the bottom of the big playground no longer has padded foam so kids might hurt themselves there. The floors in the eating area had sticky stuff on it which is fine for the middle of the day as kids and food generally means it ends up on the floor but not first thing at opening.

Original review Great playground. Its clean with plenty of room ans options for kids of all ages. This place is huge. Probably the biggest indoor playground in Brisbane.

I visited the playground today. I was shocked. This is the worst playground ever. The place was so overcrowded and understaffed. Had to wait one hour for hot food. A group of bullying big kids took control of the slide, and no one could do anything about it. They pushed my 5-year-old boy down the slide once. Then my boy was completed corned at the top of slide by this group of big kids. My boy was crying and so scared to get down. I had to climb up to rescue him. That’s right: a “rescue”. It was a complete nightmare.

One of the best toddler areas I've come across - it's not an afterthought like you can get in other play centres. The big kid section is also fantastic, but lots of blind spots from below, so be prepared for your kid to go off on their own. I noticed a baby area, but didn't use it so can't comment.
Pretty insanely busy on the Saturday we went, and basically expect to leave with a cold, but friendly, helpful staff and good food options.
I think it would be ideal mid-week when it's a bit quieter, but it is a play centre. There will be other children there.

We brought our under 1 year old daughter first time recently. They said it's free for her. We enjoyed our 1.5 hours together in the play area. It is so good and convenient place for babies and kids and children definitely. Play area could be bigger and better. It looks like too many tables and seats. But it is still enough rooms to play for them. Cafe products are also very delicious Thanks for the kind service.
