Chipmunks Playland and Cafe Toowoomba

I cannot rate Chipmunks Toowoomba highly enough! Lisa, Ian, and the team were amazing at organising my son's 3rd birthday party. With over 40 children, I just walked in, relaxed during the party, and walked out - I didn't have to stress about anything. Their service, the set up, the food, the gift bags - it was all incredible! They went above and beyond, and my son had a wonderful day. Thank you all so much!

This is the 3rd year in a row our daughter has had her birthday party there, and we are impressed year after year. The staff are amazing, and the convenience of not needing to lift a finger is well worth the small amount it costs. The gift bags for the party child and guests have changed this year, and all children were very excited to receive these.

We had a birthday bash for our 3 year old. It was great! The children had a ball and it was so easy for us. Everything was taken care of. We absolutely loved the whole experience. Also the food is amazing

Chipmunks Toowoomba is the cleanest and friendliest indoor playcentre I have been to yet. The 8 and 9 year old girls I was minding spent 5 hours here and never got bored. Food was delicious and the girls ate all of their meals. Thank you.

A awesome place for the lil toddlers!
They can explore the whole centre supervised and if early enough, you don’t have the worry of the older kids knocking them down. (Weekdays)

The staff have been amazing & also super understanding especially with my oldest having meltdowns they have helped him & with him being on the spectrum he has taken to the workers amazingly

We had our daughters birthday party at Chipmunks. It was such a lovely experience. Chipmunks took care of everything and made our girl feel very special. Great value for money and a tonne of fun. Highly recommend them for a low stress party.

Rudest customer service despite customer being polite. Definitely rude and won’t be back. Not even sure how you’re still operating with customer service skills like that.

We recently celebrated my sons 6th birthday at Chipmunks. The facilities were clean and safe, staff were friendly and accommodating and the food was fresh, plentiful and tasty (nuggets and chips for the kids, sandwich platter for the adults). The kids had a great time and all I had to do on the day was bring a cake (my choice). We’ll be back again for sure.

I had my kids birthday party here! The kids had a fantastic time and it was great not having to prepare food or clean up.

We held a joint birthday party for our 2 girls at Chipmunks Toowoomba and the kids all had an absolute ball! The staff accommodated our every need and made the entire process so enjoyable and stress free. We added a couple of platters to our package for the adults to enjoy, and they all commented on how delicious the food was!

Hands down the BEST Bruschetta you can find in Toowoomba. I've been taking the kids here for years and they're STILL not sick of it. It's a good place to have coffee catch ups with mum friends because the kids will actually leave us alone! We had a birthday party here too and the service was awesome and well catered for. But seriously.try the chicken & avo melt, and make sure to get the Bruschetta.

My almost 5 year old absolutely loves the play centre and was telling the staff how she’s going to spend 100 years here. Definitely going to make this a frequent outing
