My family and I have been training at CMA for a little while now and I cannot recommend them enough. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted warmly by the instructors and felt a sense of belonging.

Where do I start with this amazing place and community. I have been training with CMA for over 5 years, I have managed to learn 2 amazing styles of martial arts being Zen Do Kai and Muay Tai. This has not just given the opportunity to improve my fitness, learn styles I would never have known about and met amazing people. Owner Kyl Reber has been operating for over 25years and has the passion and knowledge to share with all who come through the doors All the instructors are knowledgeable and talented in there own right and have the passion which is infectious. My two boys have trained with CMA for the last 18 months. In that time I have seen them be surrounded by so many positive role models, and they have grown to treat CMA as one of their safe places to learn, grow, and be themselves. This place has far surpassed anything I thought it would be, and I can't recommend it enough for any parent wanting somewhere for their children to learn so much more than just Karate and Jiu Jitsu
