Dentist with German last name has a shocking people skills. Advised that there was no point in oral procedure as I consumed alternative medicine. Detriment to your business!

Thank you to Dr Evelyn for being the most incredible dentist. I was very phobic of any dental treatment but she and all the staff are amazing. Dr Evelyn took the time to explain every step and it was totally pain free. I highly recommended Chermside Dental Care.

This place is brilliant. The staff are so kind and professional, the pricing is beyond fair, and their quality of work is exceptional. 10/10, definitely recommend.

My partner and I were blown away by how Amy was so good with our son during his first dental appointment. She took her time to establish rapport even though my son was very shy and clinging on to me at first. She talked about cars which he loved, gave him a balloon glove and the rest was an amazing experience from there. Our son let her examine and clean his teeth with no issues. He even says yes every time we ask him if he likes going to the dentist. I also had my teeth cleaned after. It was a pleasant and painless experience were Amy also took time to answer all the questions I had with my teeth as well as my son’s. What a great dentist and dental practice ️

I recently had two wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Albert Lin and his assistant at Chermside Dental Care. The procedure was quick and affordable. Dr. Lin's expertise and reassuring manner made me feel at ease throughout the whole process; he was absolutely fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Chermside Dental Care for any future dental needs. Highly recommended!

My recent experience with Chermside Dental Care has been wonderful. I had two of my wisdom teeth removed about 2 weeks ago by Dr Albert Lin. To say that I was extremely pleased with my care would be an understatement!

From the beginning to the end of the procedure, Dr Lin was an incredibly positive and empathetic figure, explained all the stages of the extraction process, reassured me and answered any of my queries or concerns. He possesses excellent communication skills and knowledge. Not to mention, the whole process happened so smoothly and I felt extremely comfortable and in safe hands. My recovery and healing was also much faster than expected.

Thank you so very much for providing such an amazing service and for the kind and gentle manner in which you handled all aspects of this major project to restore my smile. With new 5 implants and 5 new crowns, this was such a big undertaking and now the process is complete, I am just thrilled with what you and your team were able to achieve.

In the past I've struggled to address my dental needs due to previous bad experiences with other dentists that resulted in somewhat of a phobia of dentistry, which I'm so relieved to say doesn't apply any more.

Prior to Fred, I have never encountered a dentist who is as genuinely invested in those in his care and who goes above and beyond for his patients and practice, so this experience has been transformational for me in so many ways.

At every stage Fred made me feel fully informed, I was never rushed into a decision and was made fully aware of all options and possibilities in the most kind, patient and empathic manner.

I can't thank Fred enough for the exceptional care and generosity provided, for coming in especially during paternal leave, and for his passion and commitment to assist his patients. I wholeheartedly recommended Chermside Dental Care to anyone and everyone who needs to find an amazing dentist. Had my wisdom teeth taken out. One of them was badly impacted.

I was completely ignored when I called afterwards trying to explain how much pain I was in. "Just ice it", they said to the guy who hadn't had an ice pack leave his face for hours.

I asked if I'd been mistakenly prescribed Panadeine forte, as I've taken these for a strong headache before and it's not been enough, what chance do these have against the Dentist elbow dropping my face for the last 2 hours.

I cannot believe the level of condescension I received. I'm a nearly 30 year old man, in quite a severe level of pain to mention it.

I was spoken to like a child, explained to that "I've had surgery" and it's going to be sore. Trust me, I'm more aware than you that I've had surgery.

If a fully grown adult is telling you they are experiencing pain, despite following all of your post care instructions, LISTEN to them. How dare you speak down to me like that when I'm in agony.

I hope there isn't a time you find yourself in agony, and someone doesn't take you seriously.

I had to seek alternative ways to manage the pain myself.

I've been visiting Dr Fred for many years and as initial nervous patient, his treatment and that of the team has always been exemplary and very professional.

Trips to the dentist are no longer an anxious experience!

5 stars isn't enough. As a person with severe dental anxiety, I was in tears just sitting in the waiting area. Dr Albert was my dentist and he was nothing but kind, patient and understanding the entire time. He didn't make me feel silly for being anxious and crying. He explained things clearly, reassured me through all of my repetitive questions and concerns and had the best positive attitude the entire time. He even called a few days after my procedure to check how I was going.

I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. I will be returning and definitely telling everyone I can about this place!
