We had Cameron come and tend to our brand new couch after going away on holidays, only to return and find out one of our outside cats had been accidentally let inside whilst we were away. Devastatingly, the cat not only peed but also pooped right in the middle of the brand new couch, on the crack of two cushions and again on another cushion seat! After googling and hoping for a miracle, we came across ChemDry. Cameron was able to fit us in in a timely manner. He tested every little inch of the couch to detect the exact areas of the couch that had been soiled. He spoke to me extensively about how cat urine works and breaks down, what he was going to use and the process involved, all in easy to understand words. Cameron was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, kind and most importantly, it was so comfortable to have him inside our family home doing his job…it didn’t even feel like he was here for 4+hours. Even my little kids didn’t mind him being present and they’re extremely shy. Cameron checked in with me multiple times over the next week or so, to see how everything was drying after the treatment and to check that the odour was no longer present. I’m ecstatic to say the couch is smelling brand new again, no stains and no cat odours. We even had a couple of spots on the carpet spontaneously tended to as well, as Cameron noticed they needed a little love too. Pricing is also more than fair. We look forward to having Cameron back for all our future cleaning jobs! I highly recommend his service!

We have used Cameron twice now for stain + upholstery cleaning and always been super impressed. Cameron cleaned our Moroccan wool/silk rug and did some spot cleaning on our carpets. His knowledge and the care that he took in treating both was amazing, he did a fantastic job. Great value and went over and above, couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Cameron was very friendly, professional and prompt. Although unable to clean my rug as I had hoped (due to the fibre make up and possibility of damaging it) Cameron did a spot test with a stain removal spray. After letting it dry over night and no damage being done, Cameron returned and treated the pet stain area which was a success. All this was done and nothing was charged. A wonderful work ethic - I highly recommend Chem Dry.

I recently used ChemDry to clean all our carpets, rugs and lounges in our house. I am so thrilled with the result and the service that Cam provided. He was extremely professional, thorough and responsive from the moment I phoned for a quote to when he finished.

I have 2 kids under 2years old and I was impressed that this cleaning service is non-toxic, eco friendly, there was no lingering smell and once the clean was finished it dried so quickly.

I am so happy with the results, the carpets have never been cleaner and he was able to remove the stains and water marks from the lounges and rugs.

I highly recommend ChemDry Sunshine Coast. Cameron was professional and did an excellent job on our carpet. We had bedrooms, study, lounge room and two rugs cleaned. They came up perfectly as well as some stubborn coffee stains. ChemDry's service was great value for money and our carpet looks and feels like new. Cameron was on time and very helpful.

Cameron from Chem-Dry Aroona did an amazing professional carpet cleaning job today at my home. He'd had a few other jobs already lined up, but still managed to fit me in despite me calling at 9am on a Saturday. He kept me updated on when he'd be here and arrived on the dot. Very professional, friendly, and with expertise second-to-none.

He removed blood stains from white wool carpet, not an easy task at all, and the carpet was good as new once complete, even better than when I'd moved in. I highly recommend Cameron and Chem Dry Aroona and am sure to call him again in the future.
