Chef Link

Shey at Chef link was very accommodating when my elderly mother attempted to by the worlds biggest meat slicer. She was happy to accept the return of said slicer and sell her a marginally smaller one. All with a can do attitude and a smile. Lovely local business even for someone who is not in the hospitality industry.

I bought some items that were not heavy but a little bulky. The guy that served me was friendly and chatty and helped me to carry my purchases to the boot of my car. Fantastic customer service

To anyone looking for food delivery bags (Uber Eats etc), go here. They have a great range of sizes and great prices.
The lady who served me was very helpful and courteous.

Good stuff but to be honest, they are very unfriendly, not very polite and very rude staff. Very disappointed!

I think this place always provides selected high-quality products and appropriate prices, and provides the most reasonable price, quality, and future services considering the location shipping cost in the Cairns area.

Employees have expertise in the items sold, so you can get great guidance until you choose the best items.

Another advantage is that there are a variety of kitchen-related items, so you don't have to visit other stores to buy each item.

I called and figured out the price and size before I go. It matched with the website price.
However, they gave me more expensive price than I got informed 2 hours earlier on the phone and also pretend he was giving me an industry discount but don't log in to my account. He said don't need it. In the invoice no part of discount I think he just menually typed in the price.
Always different price as website. And everyone gets different price for the same product. It is depends on who serve you.
I hate this place.
Just feel sad it is the only one option in Cairns.
Better buy in the website than here if you have time.
Never want to go back there.

Still waiting for return phone call over a week ago. Customer service - none whatsoever. Will not waste my time and energy on this business again. Wait far too long to be served I don't know how they are still in business!

Catering supplies, a great range thereof. The staff are helpful as required and happy to let you browse away. Off street parking is available and the pricing I have found to be quite reasonable.
