Very happy with checkmate safety. Our pool builder uses them and they came to certify our pool fencing. Neil was friendly and was thorough with his examination. All phone communication has been great and staff are friendly. Highly recommend.

Can i do 0 stars? The man pissed in the toilet, left the seat up and didn't flush it. I dont care about using the toilet but at least bloody flush it. It smelt.

Thought it was about time we had the correct number of smoke detectors in our house. Checkmate came out in a very timely manner and did an assessment. We needed a lot it turns out. Came and did the job a few weeks later when suited us. Took no time at all. Very happy to now be compliant and all staff members we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Did a good job putting in new alarms but for some reason left the old ones still up and connected so now there is 8 fire alarms in one small house, 2 in each room, which is extremely annoying.

We weren't home at the time the workman came in & did the job & left, it was like no one was even in my home, great job.

Bloke was nice, quick and efficient except one smoke alarm was screwed to the roof directly in front of a wardrobe door that now can only be opened a tiny bit.

Inspection and device replacements all done quickly and effectively. On time, checked availability beforehand. Could not fault their service!

The two gentlemen came to perform a smoke alarm test and were very courteous and professional, they even apologized for interrupting the kids movie

Due to unforseen delays, I had to wait for their arrival, other than that, professional and courteous service. Good value too.

Having issues with same alarm.we're advised we were unfortunate and received 2 "dud" alarms. I emailed to advise of the alarm not working and didn't hear from you for several, I had to phone and was advised that you had contacted electrician who installed would need to review and that this company would contact.after a week I sent another email to you to advise no contact from electrician.then the next day I received a call and arranged electrician.my disappointment is that after making enquiry that I didn't even receive a courtesy call or acknowledgement email from Checkmate to advise what was happening. I had to chase up otherwise I may not have heard back.communication is the key.if a brief call or email to say this is what is happening then all is well.but silence is not reassuring to a customer

Came once and not prepared so had to rebook, second time they stated that the real estate didn't have keys? And then came without any notice. Poor communication and poor management. Not at all at fault of the technicians.

The smoke alarms were going off for no reason, for about 8hrs. Without the technician help (jesse) I wouldn't know what to do, he did an amazing job finding and fixing the problem. I highly recommend your business and employees
