Good selection, but I walked in, walked the entire shop and didnt get a hello or anything from the staff. I spent 10mins browsing and walked straight out with not even a glance.

Kevin the person at the store that served us was amazing and very helpful, give us some good ideas and was very polite, definitely recommend that store for your tiling needs.
Our delivery was prompt and on time the driver was very polite and professional, he got our delivery in our yard and where I requested it without any problem, he done a great job.

After shopping around for my bathroom reno I quickly realised that The Tile Collective not only had the best range but they’re also beating the competition on price as well. The team were helpful and eager to answer my questions.
If you need tiles, this is the place to go.

One third of the tiles arrived damaged and customer service is not even acknowledging email complaint. Delivery cost was 199$ so I would expect at least a partial refund.

I was in the underwood store on 2.9.23 at 11am there was 1 other couple in the store at the time and 4-5 staff members behind the counter on their computers. 1 staff member went to help the other couple, but I was not spoken to at all. Not an even a greeting. Extremely poor customer service. If someone had even asked it would have been an easy sale.

Check this place out for the best variety of quality tiles at the best prices and the best service

I ordered some tiles online that I needed delivered fast. The were they 50% cheaper delivered than other Tile stores. I ordered online then rang to see when they would arrive, Honee from Tile Collective said she would put in a request with dispatch to get them delivered ASAP. Wade from dispatch then emailed that he would have delivered in 2 days. Their communication and service was excellent! I received a text letting me know the time of deliver, very, very impressed. I will use them for all my tile needs going forward.

I'm completing my first bathroom renovation, it's a small project with a small budget. Not only were a range of tiles available within my budget, but the customer service dealing Vik and Nikki has been fantastic. Patient, professional and prompt communicators. When a small issue happened with dispatch from the warehouse, they did everything possible to rectify the situation quickly and at no further cost to me. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Ashley, Wade and Honee were exceptional in their customer service. From when we got there Ashley helped us with tile selection and was so patient in showing us all the options.

Tile Collective has a very good logistics program. We were updated regularly on when delivery would be. We were able to track the driver in real time.
