Couldn't fault the cheapsheds experience the selection, payment delivery was beyond anything I've ever experience and the kit came with just about everything you needed to get it to lock up stage couldn't recommend cheapsheds more highly.

I purchased the 2.8x2.8 cable shed. Communication and delivery was good. My advice to potential shed builder is to look through the delivery and check all parts are supplied. I found the masonry kit and sunlight weren't delivered. The positive is Cheap Sheds quickly sent the missing parts so happy for the great customer service. Now putting the shed together wasn't easy (not that I was expecting it either) but if you're someone with no experience using drills and handling sheet metal, please pay someone to assemble for you. It took me and brother 2 full days to put together. The instruction manual was not much help. The videos were slightly better but on the construction of the roof, it was largely make an educated risk (all worked out in the end). I did find there was drilling of new holes because the sheet metals didn't align. That's no issue If you have the proper tools but if you don't please pay someone to assemble. For the price, it's unbeatable. The quality is a 6/10, the sheet metal can be thicker but you get what you pay for.

Overall I would recommend cheap sheds for just that.a cheap shed.

The product itself is of good quality and the price was competitive.
Freight to my residence in rural NSW was quoted at $99, however when the shed arrived at the local depot, there was a further charge of $240 to deliver to my address.
This was an unknown charge and unacceptable, but fortunately I resided about one hour from said depot, so attached my trailer and collected in person, saving $240, my only expense being petrol and effort.
Cheap Sheds did refund $30 of the original $99 freight. Further they advised that they would investigate the anomaly in freight charges.
Construction of the shed proved a challenge for 2 mature aged males. The manual, espousing, "simple, strong, quick and easy" did not reflect our experience, but I am prepared to admit that might have been more our fault than anything else.
There seemed to be a requirement to drill additional holes in addition to the pre drilled holes, but this was more an inconvenience than a major issue.
Overall, I am happy with the final product. It appears robust and attractive.
I would recommend Cheap Sheds to any person requiring a garden shed of this type.

2 week delivery. Then they contacted at 3 weeks to say they had been “crypto ransomwared” no clear delivery time, another few weeks past.
She’d eventually arrived once I threaten to cancel my order.
Arrived a lot of the holes didn’t line up. Pretty flimsy.

I love my little shed. I ordered the shed online and it arrived within days. I took a couple of months to actually build the shed due to busy life and getting the concrete slab done. But it was simple to put together. I watched the recommended videos and followed the recommended instructions. It's a great addition to the back yard. I'd recommend these sheds to anyone wanting good service and a great product.

Five Stars for Communication and helpful links, Five Stars for prompt delivery. Four Stars for the assembly instructions and also that I had change or modify a couple of things for the shed to close and lock properly.

Bought a small shed some time ago quality, service, delivery and follow up were great. So, when I needed a double garage, they were the ones to turn too. Same great experience so I highly recommend.

The shed delivery was delayed and then when it arrived, the shed was difficult to put together with very poor instructions. On top of this, most of the holes were not pre drilled and needed to be drilled by us.

When I mentioned this to customer services, they advised that I was wrong because the factory told them they were drilled. As I put it together, I am pretty sure I would know if there were drill holes or not.

Overall, the shed is ok, it does the job, but the process of putting together and average customer service, would not buy again.

The instructions provided weren't exactly "complete", but the parts fit pretty logically together, so that wasn't a significant problem. I had difficulty attaching one side of the roof, as it didn't seem to fit. The other side fit perfectly, so it may have just been a "me" issue. We have since installed a steel railing over the edge of the roof to stop it from rising up in the hot weather. I believe later designs of this shed have already addressed that issue. Despite the above issues, i would buy from them again. Overall the shed has served us very well.

The delivery to WA went really well, the construction handbook was comprehensive and easy to follow and the finished product looks and performs really well.

Great experience. Ordered the shed online because they happened to be the cheapest (including delivery) at the time. The communication throughout was fantastic. The shed took a while to deliver (regular COVID delays) but everything was clearly stated and they kept me updated as much as they could. Install of the shed was very easy, with great instructions. We were able to do it with two people over two afternoons (would have been faster if our toddler wasn't 'helping'). Overall great store and would buy from them again.

I waited over 4 months for delivery, and when I finally received the garage, it was missing a lot of parts. It then took about 2 more months to have the additional parts sent, after far too many emails. Both roller doors were damaged, and sheets were also scrathed. The engineers' plans conflict with the manufacturer plans. The garage has needed to be modified to meet compliance, plus other modifications to make everything fit. Additional custom flashing were needed. The installer even suggested buying another shed from another manufacturer and starting again.

Wonderful service did everything they could to make experience better from Customer service through to delivery.
