Charcoal Clothing Robina

Super friendly staff who are so helpful and tracked down my size in another store for me. They always make me feel welcome and I love calling in to check out the new clothes.

Such a refreshing store! Always good fits on display and whoever is on Aux is killing it honestly sometimes when i'm walking head down its music that can drag me in and this store is always in the vibes. Amazing clothing, super friendly staff who don't have the fake attitude toward things and seem so genuine and always so helpful. All round groovy store

Hands down best customer service, loved the nice greeting as i walked in! The staff working there made it known theyre happy to help if needed which i loved and they werent pushy about it. Cant beat the pricing of the clothes, so worth it! Will definitely be coming back regularly to check out the new styles.

Defiantly a store that stands out! As a girl with low confidence sometimes i find myself looking at garments with a "that wouldn't look good on me" attitude and the encouragement from the staff to take that next step to the change room is sometimes needed and the Charcoal girls always make me feel so comfortable in my skin and i always end up feeling good leaving the store! (my bank account not so much #GiveMeEverything)

Another store with no customer service. Staff literally ignore you whilst walking around or behind the counter. Do better.

Ahh probably one of the hardest stores to walk past without entering, who ever sets the stores up does a astounding job! I'm much the type to need help when shopping and the girls at Charcoal are always up with the trends and i always feel in such good hands. There is one girl in particular i see with long dark hair who always helps me put together the cutest outfits especially those last minute fits that can always use an extra hand! Super affordable and one of my go to shops. Love Charcoal!
