This 5 stars are just for Judy, the lady that receives you in the front desk.
Thanks for being polite, profesional and caring for people.
It is such a pleasure when you are a foreign person to meet people like Judy who is willing to help you.

The lady who do check in and Booking for people who do walk-ins looks like she doesn’t want to accomodate people.

I visited the Stones Corner Centre and Medicare office today 29-12-2021and they weren't open. Today is not a public public holiday

Went there today, the lady in the front deserves a pay raise on how bad she treated us, like that the place will be empty at all the time. 2.8 rating, too high for this place.

The lady (glasses with curly hair) at check in dest is rude, aggressive and useless, worst person i have ever met in my life.

After Been wating to get a service for 2 hours, I tried to ask for help about 1 single question due to covid disaster payment, instead of helping me she gave a card with phone no on it to call and kept saying call them or come back later. Whats the point of that i was there.

I asked for her help. She just said it’s 4.26 pm now. Soo? U close at 4.30 right? Then i got kicked out, treating like a dog

If i could do it by myself, i wouldn’t ask for help!

Guys If you want to get a good service, go somewhere else or stay away from this lady.there’s 2 check in desk.she sits on the right side

Arrived at 11.35am and still outside waiting under burning sun, no water, no toilet option, no chair, no food, nothing. Inside all chairs in waiting room are EMPTY. It's 1.25pm, still waiting, still melting, almost dehydrated and fainting and holding on needs to not lose my spot after almost 2 hours waiting. Asking for water, and awful security guy giving arrogant reply sending us to a shop in the area. What is happening? Human treating other human as bad as they can. Only had hope that in this crisis we support each other.

Even though covid is here at the time no lockdown was on but masks were mandatory. They got me in and out without waiting more than 5mins, they helped me get some paperwork as the computers were down so noone could use My Gov outside of centrelink. Friendly staff as well.
Follows covid rules very strictly.

Who would have thought applying for the child care subsidy would put you in contact with Homer Simpson?

I honestly don’t get it. You would think that you would be trying to get people in and out as quickly as possible and not have people sat waiting around in the room during these times.

Yet here I am sat waiting with 8 others.

5 staff on the floor and only 1 has anyone sat with them. I work in customer service and to sit here and see and hear staff floating around having personal conversations with each other is appalling.

Serve the customers!

Very helpful and patient staff, generally good service. Waiting time subject to queue (had to wait for about 15mins on a Monday). Was able to get done with basic services such as register with Centrelink and Medicare.

The staff here have always been lovely, and going out of their way to make sure they can help me fully and making sure i fully understand the information they are giving me. I can't fault the service here, it has always been excellent with short wait times.

Always helpful and prompt service. I appreciate every single employee at centrelink here as they made our application as easy as it can get and gave helpful advice every time. Get all of your needed documents ready and this will save your time and their time. For simpler questions, I have used their twitter service and it saves heaps of waiting time on the phone.

This is my old centrelink office from when I used to live in Spring Hill! My boyfriend had to apply for his advanced loan online & the security guard made me delete the photos I took to post! I couldn't even cut the people out!

Interesting how the asylum seekers, immigrants and foreigners get their payments fast tracked almost instantly. But the people who actually live and work here are forced to wait weeks or even months to receive any kind of financial support.

We went to this centrelink to register then we could apply for parental leave, we spent 3 hours there waiting on them to verify our identities. Then when we tried to log our application, however the account was locked not allowing us to update. The staff assured us this would work fine in a few days, but now after trying for a few weeks we called the contact centre and they have informed us they never registered us in the first place so now we need to go to the centrelink office again, this time we will try another centrelink office as this office has very poor service.

It took me 5 visits to finalise applying for my Medicare card. I don't want to go to that building ever again.
