Central Lane Hotel

I had great customer service from Amy who served our drinks and I haven't felt so nice to be in a pub for a while!
I wish this could get her some rewards or something!
But it is a nice place to be!

First timer here on my birthday and was not disappointed. The food was beautiful, the service was brilliant, and Rick and Peta (I hope that’s how you spell it) went above and beyond to make me feel special for my birthday. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

By far the best bistro experience in Gladstone. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted and brought menus to us. They gave great, insightful comments on the menu and drinks, and checked on us like a 5 star restaurant. So impressed we'll be back there tonight!

Restaurant nearly empty n still an hour for food. Food was not good at all, lay off the salt.

Had a terrific lunch here with family the food was grate and the service was friendly and spot on also the place has a nice atmosphere

My family took me to the Bowling Alley at the Central Lane. Great venue awesome feed lots of fun

It was busy so it was over an hour wait for food. Had to pay extra for a Ginger beer with no ice. Busy for a reason. Food was good.

Unfortunately the taco salad was out both visits, however the Asian dressing salad was a good substitute, they also have a good selection of drinks and desserts.

Very family oriented and good service. A great place to meet the family and friends for a nice night out

What an absolutely legend. Jackie and her crew has out done them self, setting up my sons birthday and making it absolutely special for him and his friend, and it was right within our budget. Thanks guys.

Real Red Throat Emperor: what a delight. Excellent meals served by enthusiastic attentive staff. A very positive experience.

Food was absolutely delicious and made perfectly, had a Petite filet steak with mash and vegetables. Great service too.

Great food, but apparently the TVs in the bistro don't work/can't show the football (even though one of them was showing state of origin replays?)

Worst meal I have had at an establishment in Gladstone! Couldn’t even eat it. Usually good, have you changed chef? Luke warm tasteless seafood chowder? $32 wasn’t worth $2. If I could have left a lower star response I would have!

Our night out was very pleasant. Both meals very well cooked and hot when served, staff friendly and plight, my meal may have been a little over priced (rib on bone) rating 8/10. Thank you Central Lane Hotel

Absolutely the best feed in Gladstone The 180g eye fillet was cooked to perfection, sunday and monday best times to go as its quiet.

What a hidden gem this place is.
We had a private function on the Friday night for 24 guests, the food and service were fantastic, we had a few beers and a punt prior to the function and the service, atmosphere, drinks were spot on.
Rick is on top of everything, overseeing the bar, working at the pass in the kitchen and just making sure everything was perfect.
As a person who owned and operated hotels for over 30 years this is one of the best hotels I have been to and if you are in Gladstone I encourage you to drop in and enjoy the experience.
Oh, forgot to mention-upstairs is something else with ten pin bowling lanes with an outstanding fitout.
Well done Rick and team, I will be back.

Usually amazing service here however tonight I was treated very poorly by a staff member when entering. I was asked why I was “acting like I own the place” for simply going to the toilet. Decided to leave and not waste my time nor money where I am treated with such disrespect.
