We had a really delicious meal here. The lamb cutlets melt in your mouth. The service was really friendly.

We celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday here on the weekend and the staff, food and service were great! Would definitely recommend

Couldn’t fault a thing. We were running late and they were only to accomodating. Had a strange request for my Lamb Cutlets and they nailed that request. Couple of sneaky Toblerone cocktails to finish, what was a wonderful night with the wife.

This was our 1st time to Cavill's Steakhouse. What can one say but welcome home. From entering you are welcomed by a great team and made to feel at home, The waiting team were 1st class. The food was delightful. We travelled some 14kms to get here and would highly recommend it to all. Whilst visiting Surfers we’ve dined out regularly and would give Cavill’s top honours. First time diners and it won't be our last. From making our booking over the phone to paying for our bill, our dining experience was second to none. The restaurant is modern and is multi-levelled but has easy access to a lift for every level. We were seated on the rooftop which has nice views and a cosy feeling. The service is impeccable. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive, great with suggesting changes to our meals to suit us. Both my husband and I had the Rib Fillet.oh my, so succulent - melt in your mouth and cooked to perfection. Great options for the little ones aswell - mine loved her crumbed chicken. Definitely one of my top 3 restaurants for an amazing steak! Highly recommend. A new found favourite.

We booked ahead but at the last minute had to add an extra 2 seats and the staff were so helpful and friendly it wasn’t a problem at all- even though it’s Christmas time and they were super busy.
The food was yummy and all 7 of us had a great time.

We had an amazing Saturday function on the Rooftop at Cavills in memory of a close friend. The crew from Cavills made the day very special. The food was fantastic & perfect for a stand up cocktail style function. The girls behind the bar were excellent. Overall, it was just the afternoon we were looking for! A huge thanks to Cav, Maree, Nicole and the entire crew!

Cavill's hosted our son's baptism and everything was absolutely perfect. The venue was amazing and cosy. The staff gave a beautiful personal touch, were happy to accommodate to any requests we had and the food was divine and all came out perfectly timed. Thank you so much cavill's

Great restaurant!
Have wanted to come here for years and it was worth the wait. The wait staff were exceptional and made our night even more enjoyable. The food was amazing, especially the chicken wings!

If you like steak Cavills Steakhouse is a must. Amazing steak and excellent service, no wonder they have built such a great reputation.

First time visit this new location, so delayed as we didn't have the best experience in the old place before, after colleague's recommendation and online research, here we went and everything was different from our memory: cosy atmosphere, very attentive service from all staff and wow the rib eye fillet was so tender and delicious, everything on the plate just complemented on each other, great value, worth every cent. Will definitely return and highly recommend to people around me.

A Cut above The Rest
Cav and the whole family were totally awesome for our function we had last Saturday. The rooftop bar was a superb venu. The excellent food and chilled drinks flowed. Cav’s is a must for steak and drink lovers. A top cut choice on the Gold Coast.

Another terrific lunch at Cavs. It was so good, I’m still getting over it a day later. Great food. Attentive service. It’s an institution for a reason.

My partner and I have started to dine at Cavills every fortnight. Such a nice relaxing atmosphere to dine as a couple or with a group of friends.

It has been several years since we've enjoyed a meal at Cavills Steakhouse, and our visit was better than we anticipated. The wagyu rump was perfectly cooked, tender and full of flavour, coming out shortly after an excellent entree. We were unsure of the dessert options but the steamed banana pudding was amazing! When we return to the Gold Coast next, we will be back.
