I have been drinking this beer for a number of years now but will cease until they stop using shrink wrap plastic on the 6packs. This is there chance to make an environmental statement.

Terrible smell, not just here but also nearby streets, and on the train passing through. Not sure why anyone would want to visit.

Haven't been to this brewery, but we did received a carton of cans for Hubby via Drought Angels. A gift from Staff in leau of their Christmas party apparently. Unbelievable how generous strangers are to us farmers. Thank you sincerely.

Great tour and value for money. The tasting was great and it was a great learning experience. But the food in the pub is great if you stick to the basics like the Parma. The cooks don’t know how to cook a steak I’m sorry to say.

Castlemaine Perkins is a large brewery. Brewery tours are conducted through the facility. The tour is very informative. It starts and ends at the XXXX Alehouse. After the mandatory safety briefing and introductory videos the tour winds its way through the facility. It is quite impressive to see how beer is made at a large scale. The tour concludes with product sampling. It would have been even more appreciated if the sampling would have been done a bit slower rate to fully appreciate the range of brews. The gift shop offers some unique souvenirs and participants of the tour do get a discount off the prices.

It was a good and solid tour, the bar and BBQ area is very impressive and s the historical displays are interesting. But frankly a modern brewery is not very interesting. A few large machines and robots.

Feel the Love - 8 kisses

Queenslanders like their footy
Queenslanders like their beer
Most Queenslanders love XXXX
a drink that brings good cheer.
And ‘cause we won the Origin
a win eight out of eight
The brewery bought out eight X
gotta love this Sunshine state.

I had found the xxxx Bitter very fury lately. I was not enjoying it at all. Then I read on the side of the can. You had dropped your alcohol content from 4.6 to 4.4 You did not advertise this at all. You just did it thinking no one would notice. The taste is not as bitter and crisp as it use to be. I have drank your beer all my life. But I won't be buying it anymore. I have told all my friends about this reduction in alcohol content. They are all very disappointed and have said they also won't be buying it again. I am thinking once this information is out there. You will loose a lot of your customers.
