I have been a customer on a few occasions and go back as the staff are experienced and explain products & repairs thoroughly.

I wish I NEVER Shopped here, Their prices are way TOO High. I Feel Like I Got Scammed. Plus they have got poor customer Service. Were Bad Behavior.

I would not recommend this store. I recently went to buy Goods worth $85, and they promised me that it would work my needs, even promised a refund if it didn't. I went home to try it out and it turned out not working. The next day I went to get refund and I was Turned away.waste of $85. PLEASE <<DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TH IS STORE>>

Had a few too many shady retail experiences here I am always left unsatisfied and honestly leaving the store I feel like I got scammed. I should really just shop online.

I run a retail store and I appreciate it when I see quality service, The staff at Casphone Toowoomba deserve 5 stars. Last night I needed my daughters watch fixed and the staff at Casphone went the extra mile and got it going. It was a dual battery and had some complications. Well done guys and Thankyou.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They charged me over 200 dollars and did not even fix my laptop. Scammers

The staff were friendly enough, but their products are certainly overpriced and appear not to be of the greatest quality. I don't think I'd go back; I only chose Casphone in the first place as nowhere else in town had stock of a screen protector for my phone, and I needed immediately rather than waiting for it to come in the mail.

I do find it very suspicious that most of the 5-star reviews for the business are from accounts with no other reviews.

Got the camera glass replaced on the back of my phone, they wanted my pin I assume to see if the camera was working. Looked at my YouTube history and browser history and they were using my phone to look up stuff not related to the repair. This is a breach of my privacy, do not give these guys your pin or trust them to repair.

Very disappointed with the laptop repairs I had done here. Laptop was not turning on, all they did was unplug the battery and plug it back in. Yes it turned on once in the store, but did not turn on again after this. I was then told that they had no idea what the issue was. I feel the staff member i delt with was very inexperienced.

I was charged $150 for them to not fix anything, and not even know what the issue was.

I have since taken the laptop elsewhere for repairs and they were shocked to hear the experience that i had here (they told me blatantly that I was ripped off). They said that unplugging the battery like they did actually made the issue worse. I am very annoyed to have heard that not only has Casphone not fixed the issue, they very likely made it worse and charged me $150 for it. Will be requesting a refund and never returning.

Into many businesses and walk away disappointed but I can say that is not the case at Casphone Toowoomba where Jess was fantastic dealing with our mobile phone problem.she repaired it on the spot took about 1hr overall to repair my wife much loved mobile at what we thought was very reasonable many thanks Jess
