Con artists! Stay away!
I came in with an inconsistent charge port, after weeks of going back and forth when they claim to have fixed it and it's still not working, I finally get it back and the microphone doesn't work anymore, the speakers are ruined, and there's a black circle on the screen. I had to buy a new phone and they refused to refund me even for the "repairs. " They don't refund because they know it's too much work for the average person to go to a small claims court. A bunch of scumbags.

Do not go to these people, I gave them my laptop for a screen replacement, they returned my laptop 10 days later with the keyboard not working, I returned the laptop back to the store and they apologised and said they will fix it, after chasing them for 3 weeks to get my laptop back and fix the problem they caused, I contacted them again and was told they can't fix it they will refund me the screen but they are keeping the laptop. I went to there dodgy head office in woolongabba to demand my laptop back, I was given my laptop back with the screen removed, a disgusting dodgy company, they wouldn't even give me the owners full name and details

Went there to purchase a phone case for iPhone 12. The customer service was nothing special - a bit like the cases are located there you can have a look. No effort or offer to 'show' the products. Didn't realise untill we left the store about the Credit Card surcharge of 45c for VISA, which is a bit unusual. Not a big deal but would've been nice if the staff bothered to mention at the time of payment. I'm sure they have a note somewhere on the counter.
This store is probably ok if you know exactly what you want & pick-pay-and-leave but if you're looking for any assistance or product knowledge I won't recommend.

I had a perfectly functioning pixel 5 that had a scratch on the camera lens that made pictures blurry when facing a light source. I took it to casphone to get replaced for $110.

Trip 1: I dropped the phone off and stayed in carindale for an hour. I went to pick the phone up and was told the phone was damaged during the repair and that they'd replace the damaged part, but they'd need the phone for when the part arrived.

Trip 2: about a week later I picked up my phone. The lens was replaced, but now;

- the flashlight / camera flash didn't work.
- the sensor that wakes / puts the screen to sleep didn't work.
- the buttons were very tight

I thought I'd just live with it, but I ended up needing those features to work so I took it back.

Trip 3: the phone was looked at while I waited another few hours. I was told it couldn't be fixed but the buttons were now back to normal.

The positives, they gave me a loan phone when it was damaged the 1st time, and they refunded my $110.

My phone is still damaged with no offer to fix it, offer to pay for it to be fixed, or swap it with a functioning pixel 5.

I don't believe they know how to complete the repairs properly, or that the parts used are quality parts.

Staff were oblivious and unhelpful. After two and a half weeks of back and forth my phone still was not fixed. When I did finally get it back it was covered in glue and adhesives which were not cleaned off. Staff consistently promised to contact me with updates and failed to do so; I had to go to the store myself to get any information. My phone came back worse than it went in. I'd avoid this place.

Service was very good, my S21 phone is back to business after I cracked the screen. Genuine screen parts.wow! Perfect.
