I took my Apple Mac in for repair for a backlight issue after Apple quoted me $700 - $800. Jason told me it would be approx $220 - $250 but it would depend on exactly what was wrong and he would know more once he had a look. The next day he phoned to let me know that the problem was actually something that apple had a recall on and that I could take it back to be fixed by them for free. He was friendly, it was a fast turnaround, and he was honest. I will defiantly be using in the future and would defiantly recommend.

Useless shop. Took in cartridge to refill ink.simple task, told cant do it here, maybe Oxenford can do it. This despite having had a refill done a few months ago. What is going on?

I took a computer in cus I ran out of space on the hard drive. I needed to go to Southport and pick up the hard drive as they didn't carry one in stock. I took it back to them to get installed and my information of the old drive onto it. As I have been going here for years I trusted they would charge a fair price and didn't ask for a quote. On pick up they charged me$280 I questioned it and was told they had to clone the drive so that was the cost. Checked it with a competitor and the cost of this service is $80. Rang cartridges n more back and told them but they were not interested.
