We asked Cartridge World, and even though it was an online order that required direct contact to the manufacturer, received the cartridge on the next business day. Fast with no issues and great customer care factor.

Purchased two printers and other consumables there. Yes, I can possibly save a dollar or two from the big guys, but customer service has a value also, and in a small place like Hervey Bay, we need to support those businesses as best we can.

Fantastic service and truly helpful. Had a 'few' issues with installing new printer.told to bring laptop in with printer and they would complete installation. Again my sincere thanks and appreciation of the wonderful service.

Polite pleasant service but do a comparison on prices BEFORE you buy as the cartridge set for my HP printer cost me $29 more than from the franchise in outer Brisbane. Could have had it posted to me and still been way in front.
