I've bought cartridges for two different types of Epson here over the last few years. Better prices than anywhere else and I get good mileage out of them when printing A3 building plans etc on an older WF-7510.
I also appreciate the follow up service - if something's not in stock they call me promptly when it arrives.

Wow, What a shocking experience
, very distressed Angela who struggles with A English & B how to communicate & explain simple instructions & questions that you may have!
I had an issue with a toner that was filled by Angela, took it back she told me yes it was working fine but was only half full!
I couldn’t understand how as I had just opened it & printed 2 x pages, when I questioned her she became defensive & started attacking me,
In the end I was glad to leave as she hurled abuse at me as I was leaving the building,
Buyer beware-
Not good customer service & difficult to rely on Angela’s ethics & morals with a very defensive
Approach.
Use these guys as a last resort lol
ps then she gets a friend to tell lies about me saying I am a con as a revenge review, what sort of person does that?

I go to this store for many years. They are very nice people. They fixed my printer twice when I nearly thought I had to buy a new one, because it was only a minor problem they didn't even charge me for fixing my printer. How good is that!

Great service at Capalaba. They troubleshot our printer problem immediately. Would recommend the store to everyone for friendly and efficient service.

I have been dealing with Tony & Angela few years now and I cannot praise their customer service enough. My wife took our printer in this week as there was an issue with the ink jets and Angela couldn't have been more helpful. The problem has been resolved and Angela offered her a number of tips to keep the older printer operational. Always helpful and very courteous.

I previously owned multiple printers in my business and have been purchasing cartridges from Angela and Tony for many years. They offer a great service with professional advice. I have now retired interstate, however I continue to use Cartridge World Capalaba as I've chosen to not end an excellent customer relationship.

Couldn't ask for any better of a service. Everytime I have gone to this place, it is very quick and convenient, and they are always polite and prompt.
