8I am a business customer from the South Coast of NSW. I have found Hannah and her team to be so professional & obliging that I chose to give them my business from so far away. I usually like to keep our business dealings within our local community as much as I can. However, Hannah helped me out with a printer ink issue, quickly & at a great price, when no one else could/would. I now order my ink by phone and it usually arrives 24-48 hours later. Amazing. From a business perspective…. I couldn’t ask for better service! Thanks girls.

Manager rude and could smile a little, I understand people have bad days but I felt so awkward, she actually said she needed to go and kept looking at her watch.
I will never go back. I used to use cartridge world all the time when old owner was there, she was lovely. Judging by the reviews I am reading this lack of customer service is normal.
I have visited this place twice to print small quantities of business documents. Both times the staff were very friendly and professional. They had time to listen and gave better rates for printing work. I will start shifting from online printing to this local business for printing.
I have been a customer for years at the Ipswich store, i have always paid the cheaper price for having cartridges refilled with the yellow C. W label. Today i was charged $53 & when i asked why it was so much, i was told the colour was bigger. I explained i normaly pay a cheaper price, the young girl screwed her mouth up & shrugged her shoulders. I am very angry, i can't afford alot, that is why i go to C. W.because they are cheaper & they have always given me great service. No explanation this morning as why the higher price. Sorry but you have just lost me as a customer, very poor customer service!
