Brought 2 faulty printers in, both fixed quickly. So friendly and helpful. Didn't charge for the fix just the price of a cheap refill cartridge. Will be back!

Lisa and Simon both go above and beyond in the service department as they have even provided a one off special home delivery with my printer, when I needed it in a hurry. Nothing is an effort for them and they always make me feel important. I enjoy the banter we have when I come in to buy new cartridges, paper and service my printer.
