Cartridge Universe Cairns

Left my laptop here for a service bacause it was starting to shut down when I went to sign in. When I got it back the space bar on keyboard and the letters B and N don't work. It was dirty not cleaned. Settings all a mess. When I rang them about the keyboard they put it back on me so nothing I can do about it. Absolutely devastated after paying $77 at drop off and a further $ 38 to pick it up with no report of work done on it and a more damaged laptop than what it ever was? Feeling robbed

We had a printer that had stopped working due to being in storage for a couple of years. Tammy's knowledge and experience helped us get it up and running again. With such excellent customer service, we'll certainly returning for all of our future cartridge needs.

Good quality products. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a problem with my printer and they helped fix the problem and also explained how to keep it running.
